Staff is Completely unprofessional! Center won't alliow parents into the facility even though Covid ended 5 YEARS ago! Won't even provide the children with any meals after lunch which is served at 11am, when the facility closes at 5:30pm! Also, if you find your child won't sleep at bed time, perhaps it has alot to do with the fact that the center forces the children to nap from 12pm to 3pm! The most EXPENSIVE center in town.. definitely not worth it!! Would highly recommend finding other accommodations.. most 5 star reviews are from the staff's family & friends and not genuine and or trust worthy reviews.
My child learned so much from age 1-4. I’m so lucky to have found a wonderful daycare!
I would give them a zero if it was an option. Turnover rate seems extremely high, in one year my daughter had 4 different teachers not including all the different substitutes to fill in. Staff is bias, unprofessional and unethical. There were some concerning things in my opinion I read on the Texas childcare website - check the daycare records yourself and make your own choice. My experience with them has not been to the best of my expectations. These are your children and it should be quality over cost. Cleanliness concerns me, I have seen trash in parking lot or left on porch entrance, most of the wood around the porch is rotted, which in my opinion is a safety concern with the building, and they won’t let me in to see the rest. So that makes me concerned about the inside. The staff was unresponsive to several concerns I stated and no response to countless texts in which I think is unprofessional which I learned talking to several parents at pick up, they have had their own issues as well.
My 4yo daughter just recently started here coming from another local Day Care. I'm soooo glad I switched. She absolutely loves it there. All the staff is always smiling always friendly and actually take the time to know your child and gives them the best care. I highly recommend Little Harvard.
My daughter Olivia has gone here for a few months now and she loves it! I love it. Everyone there is absolutely incredible. I wouldn’t want to take my daughter anywhere else! ❤️❤️
