Creative Children's Center receives mixed reviews with significant concerns. Positive reviews praise the teachers' attentiveness and children's learning and school readiness. However, negative reviews report serious issues including frequent illnesses, inadequate hygiene practices, unauthorized food given to children, refund disputes, staff attitude problems, and the director's business practices.
My son has been going to Creative children's since late 2020. We love the teachers and has made some friends. He is also learning a lot from this daycare/school. They are ever attentive to the children and show that they really care for each one. Creative has been such a great place to bring my now 4 year old. Id recommended this daycare over any other.
I really wanted to like this daycare and gave them several chances. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! The first day I dropped my child off something didn't seem right. Every child in my sons class had a runny nose and snot dripping into their mouth. The teachers are obviously overwhelmed but Mrs. Sharon and Mrs. Kat we're always so helpful. My child was sick within the first two weeks. I'm not sure if I should blame the parents of the kids or this so called "daycare". Within the three months that my son was enrolled he came down with the following all from daycare. Bronchitis, both strands of the flu, pneumonia, double ear infection, and strep. No lie my child spent more time in the doctors office than he did at the daycare. We started at the end of October my boyfriend and I both work full time, and I am also a full time student. We paid three months in advance and I finally decided to pull him out 2 weeks before the year ended so he could "recover". I thought maybe once he turns one in January it will be better. WRONG. I sent my son back to this cesspool after being out over a month! Fully recovered and he wasn't even there a full week before he came down with strep! I'm not sure what their cleaning procedures are or why sick kids are allowed in the daycare. Oh and my kid wasn't the only sick kid. Tell me why when I came in to pick up my kid when he was running a fever why they didn't have him quarantined? Y'all do know if your kids is running a fever they are contagious!! There he was playing with the other kids. One day my boyfriend went to go make a payment and he walked into my son gagging on a goldfish to the point where he profusely vomited. But here's the catch... I never sent goldfish for my son to eat!! I provided several appropriate snacks for him and they also fed him other foods without my permission. On top of all this, the director is a crook. When we told them the first time that we were pulling our kid out 2 weeks early because his immune system couldn't handle anymore, they offered back the money we had already paid. We said he'll be back February 1st can you just use it towards a credit. They agreed but NEVER gave us a credit. My boyfriend and I paid over $500 for the month of February and my kid got sent home after 5 days. And they said they can only give us back $100 dollars. Are you kidding me? Rhonda Sinclair is a crook and cares only about money and not even the children! We've already notified the health department as well as the Better Business Bureau.
If you have a hyper child avoid the creative children's center. They want obedience and don't like a child who has a little extra energy. They kicked him out with no regard on what it would cost my family... Pure heartless people "Ronda". I hope you guys go out of business... Worst child care in Corsicana I do not recommend
Owner was very rude and snappy - the guy who answers the phone and greets you at door has a very pour attitude. I do advise anyone to bring their child to this place
They are a fabulous establishment and I would recommend anyone to leave their kids with them. My grandson was so prepared for school when he left there.
