Little Hands Academy

I would not recommend this childcare facility. My child was there a month. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. most times that I would walk in to drop off my child, the receptionist would ask me accusitory questions about the quality of care I would give my child. The assigned teacher left the first week on my child's stay there. His new teacher informed me upon picking up that she would be unable to help my child adjust to nap time because they have other kids they need to care for. That my child will have to just cry on the mat. I have witnessed children being yelled at. When they stated my baby was having issues, they informed me that me being there to observe "would not help". It was very clear that the facility did not want me to be there to check on my son. There are no cameras that parents are allowed to review. I told them we could watch from a far,without him seeing us and they still declined. I offered to assist with his transition because he had never been in a daycare facility. My child had in fact been in a home daycare with multiple children at several different age levels. When I spoke with the previous childcare provider they stated he was a happy child with no issues. Iwas also messaged and called while working because my toddler didn't want to nap. I believe my 19mth old toddler was frustrated because the facility is unable to provide quality care and attention to each child

My child has been enrolled in Little Hands for 8 months, and we love it. The staff is always friendly! I feel good about dropping him off everyday — he’s learning and making friends!

I just recently went about a week ago and I was very disappointed. The lady in the front was really unwelcoming and made me feel like it was a bother that I had the nerve to show up around nap time. I recently moved to Angleton and was looking for a daycare to put my child and saw this one on the Internet. Their website was really impressive which is why I decided to check them out but when I got there is was really disappointed like I mentioned. It was like pulling teeth to get her to show me around the center overall I didn't like the feel or the attitude that I got i will definitely be enrolling my child at the greenhouse learning center down the street. It is much more affordable and I was really impressed by that school everyone is welcoming and very sweet much better then this place. I also thought this place was outrageouslying priced they want 318$ a week plus a mat and supply fee and u also have to provide everything while the green house learning center charges 120$ a week and they provide everything plus the kids look really happy and the daycare is really clean so if you're looking for a great place for your kids stay away from this place

We love Little Hands and the care they give our kiddos!!
