Little Guppy Child Development Center INC.

We love Little Guppy! Our daughter has been there since she was 14 months. Each teacher and classroom has been great. It's a clean, organized facility. The staff is very communicative and professional. My daughter loves the indoor playground, a.k.a the fish bowl! Currently she is in preschool with Ms. Leslie and she is loving it. Little Guppy has played a big role in learning and development; we are so appreciative of all the work they do.

Our daughter loves Little Guppy’s O’Fallon! She started in January in their Starfish room. It took me some time to find the right fit for her due to some feeding concerns but Ms. Taylor (the Director) and Ms.Tammie (Asst. Director) are wonderful and made me and my husband’s decision easy to send our daughter here. Ms. Paula is amazing! She has helped our daughter meet milestones and our daughter is so excited to give Ms. Paula a big hug when we arrive! Ms. Sam is a wonderful teacher and our daughter loves when she is there! She always tells us how Rosalie did that particular day! Needless to say, we found a great fit!

My daughter recently tried to enroll her children at Little Guppy in O’Fallon, Missouri, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. First, they gave her one start date, only to change it later—completely throwing off her plans and leaving her in a difficult position. When she was finally given a new start date, she tried to pay ahead of time over the phone. They took her card information but never processed the payment. Later, they claimed they couldn’t accept early payments, which makes absolutely no sense and felt sketchy at best. She was then told they don’t allow advance payments and that if payment isn’t made by Friday, a late fee is charged. It honestly feels like this place counts on collecting late fees to make money. The lack of consistency and communication is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, when my daughter went for her initial tour, no one even answered the front door. She had to walk around to the back playground just to get someone’s attention—a clear sign that attentiveness and basic organization are lacking. That should’ve been a red flag from the start. The front office staff—whether it was a teacher or the director—didn’t come across as warm, welcoming, or even particularly helpful. No one seems to have clear answers, and it feels like she’ll be dealing with this kind of disorganization indefinitely if she stays.

We love Little Guppy. Both our boys have a wonderful time there. We have had issues at another daycare but have nothing but good things to say about Guppy. The teachers and managers are wonderful and the boys love the indoor playground for the cold and rainy days.

Love Little Guppy! My son currently has Ms. Leslie and she is one of the best. So many different activities and courses she teaches each week. Continuously keeps them engaged.
