Little Footprints Learning Center

Little Footprints is a hidden gem. It’s hard to put into words how special of a place it is. My son attended as a baby, preschooler, and is now lucky enough to be spending the summer there after his kindergarten year. The owner/director, Jen, has created a loving, fun, and creative environment that fosters learning and social skills development. The kids are outdoors as much as possible, which we loved. The teachers and kind and caring and you can tell they love their job and the kids. Sending my son to Little Footprints was truly one of the best decisions we have made!

I’ve sent 2 of my kids to Little Footprints for the past 3 years and I look forward to sending my 3rd as well. The center is beautifully and thoughtfully designed for children to learn through exploration and play. They prioritize kids spending time outside and always have sensory activities set up in the classroom. It’s very clear when you walk in that Jen has a deep knowledge and love of early childhood education. The center is clean, warm and inviting. Communication is very easy with the brightwheel app. All of the teachers are wonderful and my kids love going to school here. Highly recommend!

Our son has been in the preschool classroom at Little Footprints for the last six months, after having attended another daycare previously. We have seen firsthand the difference in behavior, emotional regulation, and happiness of our son in this environment and with these teachers after having started at Little Footprints. The classroom environments are thoughtfully crafted and very well-stocked with toys, play structures, and crafts/activities. The rooms are also larger than other daycares. Little Footprints also has an amazing outdoor play area that is literally the best of any daycare I've seen, and the kids are out there every single day (in the summer, they are there almost the entire day! and they have waterproof clothes for rainy days!) My last daycare the kids were restricted to 30-45 minutes outside a day if the weather was good. If your child is struggling developmentally or behaviorally, the director and teachers work together with parents with kindness and understanding. This school also has surprisingly reasonable price point for the quality of care the kids receive. Little Footprints is a hidden gem and can't recommend it enough!

As an early educator and first time parent, I had high expectations for where I wanted to send my son. Little Footprints continues to exceed those expectations! Their play based curriculum is developmentally appropriate, their staff is kind, responsible, and reliable, and their facilities are extremely clean and welcoming. We are thrilled with our experience at Little Footprints and would recommend it to anyone who needs high quality care for their little one(s).

Little Footprints was the first place my daughter went to as a COVID baby who was home with babysitters and family up until then. I was on the waiting list for more than a year. When I first toured Little Footprints I knew it was the place I wanted my daughter to go to. The hands-on teachers, the open learning environment and the focus on being outside is what really made me fall in love. She is currently 4 and will be going to Kindergarten next year, which makes me SO sad since Little Footprints she really has had the time to being a child. She has amazing social skills and is a thoughtful friend and I can give credit to the teachers there. My 2 year old just started in September a few days a week and she is also loving. I am lucky to be able to still be a parent for the next few years. Thank you Little Footprints!
