The YMCA is for any age group. Everyone is equal there. Very friendly, and have trainers, if you need help. They are community connected. Activities for everyone. Not just a gym.
The adaptive swimming program rocks. After spending 2 years in a very expensive program, and not making rapid progress, we started with Stephanie in Haverhill YMCA. She has set high expectations for independence and for problem solving. My son - who has significant disabilities - is doing so well at the Y program.

My girls love the staff at the after-school program as well the staff at TFC,Josh Tim,Jared and other staff members they go beyond their duties to help the kiddos,I have witnessed it thank you all for your great job my girls are happy to be part of the YMCA
