What Parents Say
Little Flower Day Care Center receives mostly positive feedback, with parents praising the caring staff, hands-on learning, and director involvement. However, two recent negative reviews cite concerns about staff qualifications following management changes and poor customer service experiences.
Since the daycare came under new management by the owner’s niece, it has not been the same. I’ve had growing concerns about the professionalism and qualifications of some of the staff, and whether they are truly equipped to care for and nurture young children. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of transparency and follow-through with parent participation activities. For example, families are encouraged to support events like raffles, but even when both of my children were top sellers, we received nothing in return for the winners That’s unacceptable and misleading. If you’re considering this daycare, I strongly urge you to do your homework—ask questions, request to meet your child’s teacher, and if possible, look into their background and experience. As for me, I’m currently in the process of removing both of my grand sons.
My kids loves little flowers! And that what makes matters to me.. I love little flowers.. The staff genuinely cares about the children and about their safety. Ms Tracey & Ms. Jasmine is the BEST! Always so friendly and always willing to help.
DISCLAIMER: This is a review based on customer service and not actual services offered by the Little Flowers daycare/Learning Care center. Called to ask questions in reference to Capacity and if the daycare/Learning center believed it had room for enrolling additional children and the phone representative was dismissive with a terrible attitude. “We don’t have to complete a survey sir” Terrible people skills
Ms. Flowers really cares about her kids. My daughter is disable, Ms. Flowers and her staff offered many resources to help make things easier. The staff was really nice and professional and seemed to really enjoy working with kids
my first time visiting Little flowers…I must say the best yes the best baltimore has to offer when it comes to pre-school, the hands on learning, the excitement and enthusiasm, the kids and staff all knowing each other’s names, the hello’s and goodbye’s i was overjoyed at the excitement my great nephew had introducing me to his friends and teachers and the staff, what a passionate and thriving community little flowers is…I’ve worked with kids for over 15 years and i’m so passionate about little people, that’s what i call the babies and i can honestly say the passion little flowers have for these babies had me smiling with a heart full of joy, I don’t personally know the staff members but the names i do remember thank you for your kindness and warmth as i visited your school and enjoyed the field trip with my great nephew this school is underrated yet highly qualified and capable of giving our city kids the education, the support, the love and tenderness they need to thrive as the next generations of black excellence. Thank you again to the parents who i smiled and laughed with and the staff members who’s kind words and kindness made me feel really welcomed what a blessing and may god continue to pour an abundance of love over this school and may the platform of little flowers continue to bloom and blossom with greatness and such admiration our city kids need.❤️🙏🏾 Ms.Parker/Malik cross a special Thank you, Ms.crystal flowers for an amazing staff, Chelsey, Ms.Tracy, ms.kelly, ms.mylesha, mr.randolph, and the parents from the field trip to the pumpkin patch 🎃❤️🎃
