My son has been attending little Einstein’s for a couple months. He really enjoys going to school and has learned so much! The teachers are great and I know my child is in great hands.
As a parent and grandparent, you want to ask questions to those taking care of your precious children. But to be removed from the day care for asking certain questions should be a concern to anyone who have children in daycares. This experience has been a disappointing one, when asked what is being done to not repeat the violations posted on the Texas Dept. of Child Care Services webpage for this daycare when it came to teacher/child ratio ( repeated) and other violations , my grandson was immediately removed within hours. Their decision was based on "trust" issues on my part, which begs to differ, how can you trust someone who has a problem with being transparent? Every daycare should take responsibility of taking care of parental concerns at any given time. Nevertheless, what was most disappointing is the fact that I was not given time to find a new daycare overnight. This is not how you do business nor how you treat a child that was a customer there at one point. Shame on you Little Einstein owners Mrs. Belinda Flores and Mario Flores for allowing this to happen. On a positive note, we have found a new daycare that is transparent and does not have a problem being questioned. Word of advice for all parents, ask questions- after all we are putting our trust in them with our precious children and if they can't be transparent, then how can these agencies assure us that the safety and well being of children are their priority.
