This is a review based off our first experience in this church today. Though it is not the specific Christian denomination we usually attend it was a blessing to be welcomed into such a loving congregation. The atmosphere is beautiful both in spirit and decor. It is obvious there is a lot of passion put into the entire music program. They have been undergoing some updates and changes including introducing a new preacher who delivered an incredible message. A way to spend a Blessed Sunday.
Countryside is a church of loving, hospitable people eager to welcome you into their fellowship. Mission opportunities abound--Crosslines food preparer and server, Backsnack deliverer to an elementary school, Disciple Women's study groups, a quilting ministry, and much more. For you musically inclined, Countryside provides a choir and handbell ministry; they meet from September-June at 6:30 and 7:30 on Wednesdays. If you want fun and fellowship, come to First Fridays where for a delicious $2 dinner you can meet church friends and community members and play Bingo for great prizes. Our pastor will inspire you with meaningful, graphic messages at both an 8:45 Sunday service or 11:00. Come join us!
We come often with our scout troop, the sermon is always good. Friendly people. Come early for coffee and treats before the service.
