My daughter attended little eagle from 11months old to just shy of her 5th birthday. She LOVED going to Little Eagle and loved all the teachers there, she still asks when she can go back.
My children have been going here for almost 1 year. The teachers are super friendly. The hours are perfect for our schedule. Worth every penny seeing my kids grow into good little humans with the help of Little Eagle Daycare!
I'm the grandmother. Look elsewhere for daycare services because the teacher was not friendly, my grandson is very sick and dehydrated and his pamper was constantly soaked. We are native American and feel that he was discriminated and treated different from the other students. Had to stop childcare immediately. Don't recommend this place unless you want your child screamed at and neglected.
When my son attended this preschool, he got severely dehydrated, as he was not given water nor was there a water station to replenish water if thirsty. Toddlers did not have access to their own cup and water to fill if they are thirsty. Every time I picked up my son he was always very hungry and very thirsty. The staff left my son in a dirty pamper all day did not change my son. The staff was not welcoming and did not greet myself as the parent nor my son. My son cried everyday he had to be here and the staff was not welcoming or did not care to comfort him. I witnessed the staff on several different occasions yelling at the children and while I was dropping off my son I witnessed a pregnant teacher yanking the arms of a small girl into a chair. Certain kids were allowed to bring in snacks and others were told that was against the rules. One pregnant teacher was responsible for watching over 13 children by herself while she was at the end of her pregnancy with no help from anyone. I witnessed that one staff member only attending to one child at a time during painting and art activities, other children had to sit and watch. If they didn’t sit down they were yelled at and I don’t think that’s professional. When my son did make arts and crafts projects he was discriminated against and his artwork was never up for display on the door while other children were allowed to display theirs. there is no proper adult supervision so children can hit other children while the teacher does not interfere. I was also overcharged for the times when my son was not enrolled in the program and charged when he got sick and was not in school for the entirety of the week. I would not recommend this business to care for your children. The director is not supportive or helpful to resolve issues if you have parent concerns and only wants to argue and is only interested in taking your hard earned money for poor daycare service. She's not interested in doing what is best for the child's families and will overcharge you if she has the opportunity. I would not trust your bank account information with this business. I have to file a civil claim thru the kingman court to receive money for the time my son was not enrolled and I had to go thru the trouble of filing a fraud claim thru my bank because this business overcharged me. My son got sick attending this preschool and when he seemed to get better, he got sick again. Did I mention when your child gets sick, you have to pay for the week they are home so your out $145.00 while your child is home healing from getting a sickness they contracted while in daycare. When I would message the teacher to check on my son during the day thru the procare app I was ignored more than once. This was my sons first time in school and he attended for three weeks and the teachers claimed he didn’t understand when he does fully understand English and can speak at home. As soon as you walk in the place smells horrendous. I would never recommend this business to parents and I’ll never take my son here again.
This daycare is actually really good. I looked at reviews on google as I scrambled to find a daycare and they didn’t seem good at all. This day care is honestly better then the one I first had him in. I’ve been really thankful I found this place, I’ve never come back to my child crying here like I did the last day care, and his diaper has never been soaked, he also eats here instead of starving him self like he did the last place. Maybe the fact they don’t have an over abundance of infants right now is why the care is good, but I honestly don’t know why others felt this place wasn’t any good. The lady at the front is very understanding and seem really nice too. Laura and another young Hispanic girl are my absolute favorites and really do great with the babies.
