I try my best to support own businesses, however in this case Little Dreamer Childcare Centers Ownwer Jackie is extremely unprofessional and gas little regard for young mothers and their children. We have been experiencing an issue since the summer where my GodBaby come home with huge red bite marks on her arms face and legs. during the summer i took Off sprat because They go outside and the play is infested with musquitos. Jackie, Owner reaponse was we have been here for 20 years and that has always been a problem. Well if you have been in this spot for 20 years then you know this a problem why hasnt the area been treated or enclosed if you have been here for 20 years. On another occasion instead of calling the Mom or me to say bring some extra clothes she comes home in clothes that are not hers. Jackie, Owner response was we communicate in the app however there was no messages age sent. there are no cameras feed on the app so you cant check in on your child. on yesterday The child is picked up and is covered in what looks to be mosquito bites. Jackie , Owner stated she was like that when she came in. The child teacher said oh we went outside today and the bites came up after we cam back in. why are you outside in the winter? The Owner does not value health and welfare of the children that we are entrusting her with 5 days a week for 8. to 10 hours a day. so for more than half of this child life we have entrusted her to you and all you can do is yell at the Mom outside of YOUR facility in front of other Parents. I dare you how unprofessional you are to have been in business for 20 years!
My son, Harlem, has attended Little Dreamers since he was 18 months old. He turns 7 in two weeks. I have never had an issue ever. The owner and the staff have always been very patient and kind towards my son and myself. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this facility!!!
My son Mili Goes here currently. I love them Mrs.Jackie is Awesome aswell as the other staff. My son is 2 going on 3 he has been going there since he was early 2s. They have been great with his potty training and learning. This daycare is very great. Price point is great too.. for those who are single parents. Will recommend anyone to this daycare.
