Little Cubs Daycare

At first we liked this place for something as simple as drop in care. I was fine with things...it was all going great used them less than 20 times I believe. My son seemed upset at drop off not unusual. Typically calms after a few minutes. Has been MULTIPLE times without his little ducky he loves with no issues. Today we left ducky behind due to not being there for nap which is the only time he takes ducky for the most part. Apparently he didn't stop crying about 10 minutes after drop off I get a call that he is still crying. And that there was a 30 minute crying policy. I then asked "if he doesn't calm down in that allowed time can my husband bring him his ducky to see if that helps" I was told YES. I get another call in 30 minutes that he is still crying and that I need to come get him. Mind you I'm at that point 30 minutes away to an appt. So I explained I was told my husband could drop ducky off to calm him and I was told no...that her boss said I had to come get him now. I said ok...well I can call him and ask him to come get him and call you back. I did that but we live 15 minutes away and he was working and had to get cleared to leave work first. I called back to relay this info and was met with an immediate attitude and tone that was undeniably rude. I am not 100% on who it was i thought I heard the name Nicole. I cut her off and pointed out her tone and immediately explained what her employee told me and that we live a minimum of 15 minutes away and had to get off work and head that way. It was not the problem to come get him but the rudeness I received. The fact that she said we have a policy and ignored that I said we were fairly new to the facility and were unaware of the 15 minute rule and just kept being rude I don't understand it. Nothing was ever communicated to us about the handbook or the 15 minutes. This was the only time we had heard of the crying policy. When my husband got there he was happy and not crying playing outside and they STILL made him leave. But when he got there they were in no hurry to make him leave or get his stuff together so my husband could get back to work before he would get in trouble. Still met with rudeness and hostility. The ONLY reason they got any anger or hostility from us was due to the way the situation was handled and the miscommunication and lack of professionalism.

We love Little Cubs! Our daughter has been there for almost 3 years and she loves it! Nicole and her team are like a second family to us and they take such good care of her! We ❤️ the team and cannot say enough good things about Little Cubs! We recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and warm environment for their child!

We absolutely LOVE Little Cubs! It has been such a life saver for our family especially since we don’t have any family in the area! My son begs to go and never wants to leave! The staff treats both of my kids like they are their own children which puts my mama heart at so much ease! The owner has done such a great job with making sure she truly has the best on her team!

My daughter starting going to Little Cubs after preschool, with the pickup program they offer. We loved so much, she did their summer camp. Since she is in Kindergarten now, she misses going there. On days school is out we go back to little cubs! We love all the employees, and the owner is awesome! I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things. Little Cubs has been a blessing for my family. My children go to the full-time program. The staff is amazing and the owner, Nicole, is so good to us! My children look forward to going every single day. I am so thankful for Little Cubs and the safe, clean, friendly environment it has provided for my children.
