Little bear is such a great place for my kiddos to learn and grow! Before attending LBLC, our prior center was shut down for child abuse. We had been VERY overwhelmed and cautious about leaving our babies with anyone else. I was so cautious that it even took me a month of uncertainty and 3 tours of LBLC. The team at the center was so patient with us and I am so glad we are here. My daughters love their teachers. Miss. Bri, Miss. Maddie, Miss. Delaney, Miss. Trista, Miss. Sandy have been so good to us and genuinely care about my daughters. In the mornings and afternoons at pickup and drop off, Ashly and Kyra are available, say hi, and are willing to answer any questions we have. There are no words for the peace I feel when I am working and I know my girls are being cared for. I am so glad we are here. Thank you, LBLC team!!
We have been with LBLC since my son was 6 months. He is now 2.5. They have always treated him with kindness and had open communication with us as parents. He had colic and reflux and they worked with us through those troubles. We now have our daughter enrolled too and she is happy and smiley. Our son gets excited to go which makes the decision easier for us to keep working while they get time with friends in a good learning environment.
As a first time parent, it was nerve racking going back to work and leaving our son with a daycare. Our fears were quickly put at ease at Little Bear. The staff are experienced and so knowledgeable but what really stands out is how much they care for the kids in their classroom. They celebrated milestones and wins with us and offered us support when we felt like we didn’t know what we were doing. The updates they give us daily always make us smile and reassure us that our boy is being well taken care of. Some of the issues we noticed while touring other daycares (high staff turnover, lack of cleanliness/disinfection) are clearly not present here. I definitely would not hesitate to send your child here!
There are so many great things about Little Bear Learning Center in New Berlin. Prior to starting at LBLC, we have had some daycare trauma, but upon our initial contact/visit, we felt a million times better with them. We have 2 children that attend currently and both look forward to going to school. The owner, Kristen, is frequently there and knows my children (and all children) by name. The director, Amanda, is amazing. She is honest, friendly, and caring. She hops into the classes throughout the day to know what is going on and to help. Since Amanda became the director, and in charge of hiring, the staff there is incredible. She has gotten rid of the staff members that gave off a vibe no parent would want around their children. I will be very sad when my children no longer need to go to daycare because the people there are incredible.
We cannot say enough great things about the Little Bear family! The owner is so involved and the director and teachers are all wonderful!! You can tell they truly care for each kiddo! Our child absolutely loves going to daycare everyday and is excited about all the learning and fun activities he does throughout the day! Thank you Little Bear for being so amazing to our family!
