Our son has been at Kiddie Junction since April and I cannot say enough about the staff. He has had two teachers since starting and they are both wonderful with him. I feel they really care about him and love seeing him walk through the door. The teachers are great because they are lead by the director, Ms. Julia and the owners. I am so happy we decided to send our son to Kiddie Junction; the small class sizes & small knit center is so comforting.

The staff is amazing. They really care about the kids and my son absolutely loves them. They always keep the them engaged in learning and fun activities. They just really help the kids thrive and learn. I'm so glad i found Kiddie Junction. I toured a lot of facilities before making a decision and this place just felt like the right fit! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good daycare! Here's a picture of my son that the teacher emailed me.

I am extremely disappointed with Kiddie Junction in Berlin due to repeated neglect and unexplained injuries to my 11-month-old son. The staff failed to provide basic care, and the current director's unprofessional response to concerns exacerbates the problem. I strongly urge parents to reconsider placing their children in this daycare until significant improvements are made. Full Review:I am deeply disappointed and concerned with the care my 11-month-old son has received at Kiddie Junction in Berlin. Unfortunately, this review comes after multiple distressing incidents that have left me questioning the safety and well-being of my child at this facility. Lack of Basic Care: On a recent visit, my son did not receive a single bottle of milk throughout his 10-hour stay. This is completely unacceptable for an infant of his age. Additionally, he only had one ounce of water the entire day, which is insufficient and could lead to dehydration. The staff claimed he didn’t like his raviolis for lunch, which I find hard to believe as he has always loved food and never had issues with his meals. Unprofessional Response to Concerns: When I raised the issue of my son not receiving his bottle, the director's response was that she had new people in the room. This excuse is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Having new staff does not justify neglecting a child's basic needs, and it highlights a lack of proper training and oversight. Injuries Without Explanation: This is not the first concerning incident. On one occasion, my son came home with a puffy eye, a large red mark on the side of his face, and what appeared to be a bruise on his stomach. When questioned, the staff had no explanation for these injuries. This lack of accountability and transparency is alarming and unacceptable. Unfriendly and Uninvolved Management: The current director lacks the friendliness and involvement unlike the previous director. A director who is not engaged with the children and does not foster a welcoming environment raises significant concerns about the overall management and culture of the facility. In summary, the repeated neglect and unexplained injuries have made it clear that Kiddie Junction is not a safe place for my child. I urge other parents to reconsider placing their children in this daycare until significant improvements are made. The well-being and safety of our children must always come first.

Long story short, this daycare appears to be very clean and the staff APPEAR to be very friendly but as a Mom who experienced this place for almost 2 years let me tell you the truths. Labeling your child’s belongings doesn’t mean a thing you still will pick your baby up some days and they will have NO idea what happened to your child’s belongings. They never posted photos of my son when they celebrated Holidays on the school website but they’d show love and post photos of literally every other kid around him. I’d always see him in the background of photos but they refused to include him, one time my baby won a contest for decorating the BEST clover for St. Patrick’s Day and they sent me pictures and said he’d be posted to the website but of course they never showed my baby love and posted his project on the website. I once gave my tuition money to a teacher and a week later I was told I’m late on payment I then learned that said teacher remembered taking my money but she couldn’t remember what she did with it and no one cared either they made me repay my tuition with an added late fee as well, ALSO I noticed the parents that love this center and leave nice reviews more than likely have children that are chosen as favorites ESPECIALLY if they are verbal and can repeat what is happening inside. My son was being locked in a classroom because he was experiencing developmental delays and showed behaviors, I came in a few minutes early to pick him up one day and finally caught these evil people red handed!!!! Instead of these people having a meeting with me to let me know I should start looking for better child care for my sweet baby they decided to mistreat him like he’s nothing!! Who detains a non verbal 3 year old in a room alone? Absolutely disgusting and just like you’d think, this woman wasn’t fired she was actually written up and protected by the director who might I add was aware of my child being mishandled as well but did her DAMN best to act surprised. My child was removed from this daycare January of 2024.

I read the reviews before and after my experience. I visited and I did pop up visits often while my child was here. I give this a 5 star rating for five reasons. (1)You have to know your child and whose care you leave them in. If the visit (2hours) is bad... don't go here. (2)Our 2 hour visit was extremely wonderful. The director was hands on, the teachers were engaging, and the students were excited and loving. My three year old came from a home daycare that was great and then we transitioned him to another school that was not a good fit for him. Kiddie Junction Berlin was a perfect fit. He received the care that I would expect from a daycare provider/mother/grandmother.... (3)Both teachers for 3-4 and 4-5 were wonderful and related to my child. (4)The director made sure I was aware of issues (not many) and also kept me in the loop about upcoming events. (5)We stayed for camp and it was also equally great. The school being in a house was rewarding because it helped my son to feel like he was at home. A smile was on his face daily when i picked him up and he was verbal about his day and spoke nothing but positives. I would recommend Kiddie Junction Berlin to all family and friends and if I had more kids they would go there.
