5 stars isn't enough. I feel like I lucked out in one of the best ways by finding this daycare. I have 2 children in their 20's and a 4 year old. Not exactly in a spot where I know tons of other parents of small children to give me referrals for a daycare. The Texas workforce commission produces a list of providers in your area with basic ratings based on the essentials and a few places get that extra seal of approval from them with the Texas Rising Star program giving them stars showing quality in their employees and environment. I can not stress enough the quality of the employees here. When my little one started here shortly after his 2nd birthday, it was his first bit of socializing with kids his own age and it was right after getting a scary diagnosis that had held him back development wise. The directors from day one could tell my stress level was through the roof and gave me patience while I figured out the best ways to support my child and let me know how the school could help with those things. He needed speech therapy as well as other therapies and they showed me their list of therapists that they had worked with. The therapist that his insurance provided was not on their list, but they got it set up so they could work with her as well, so that he could receive services while at daycare. Fast forward 2 years and now he goes to elementary school for half the day and then to daycare. His school is not in the same district, otherwise both the school and the daycare provide bus services to transport him from one to the other. At first the elementary school suggested I place him in a new daycare that was in the district, but when I showed all of the progress that he has made at this daycare and said what the name of the daycare was, they stopped suggesting it. Some of their own educators work their during the summer months. Quality recognizes quality. This place made such a huge impact in not only my toddlers life, but I'm my own.

LALC is one of the best thing that has happened to my daughter and I . How do I even begin to say a very big thank you to this wonderful God fearing institution . As a 1st time mom I’ve always wanted a home away from home for my daughter and thank God I found one in LALC. My daughter stated when she was couple of months old and it’s been a fantastic and an amazing journey. No unnecessary calls , emotional and financial support, good hygiene and top notch services.The staff are just so amazing and patient with the babies .( Ms Jerilyn and Stephanie)( these are the staff I could rem their names but trust me they are all so good .) Talk about the sweet ladies in the office , spectacular! From Ms Veronica , to Ms Shannon and Ms Tamika all wonderful and supper sweet ladies. They don’t only take care of ur kids they check up on as the parent too always providing help and information. I can go on and on to talk about the sweet stories created here and not stop . If you are looking for a home away from home for your kids, you’re in the right place . I would recommend LALC anytime any day to a family . I absolutely love my little angles my son has been going to this daycare for a year now ! The ladies in office are super nice , easy to approach and is very understanding i love Mrs. Tamika so much she’s the owner of the daycare :) The teachers are kind, attentive, and truly care about the children. My child is always happy to go and comes home excited to tell me about their day. I highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment

I absolutely love LALC! My baby has been coming for two years and loves the teachers. The ladies in office are super nice and helpful. Even the owner is very approachable! Definitely recommend! 💛
