My granddaughter has attended since she was four months old. She is now entering her terrible twos at 15 months old and she loves the staff. I am that parent that pops in without notice at various times of the day and on various days of the week because I am also that parent that will pull my child in the blink of an eye. I have zero tolerance when it comes to neglect or abuse of children. Learning of this video that was mentioned in another review is interesting to me. But, my belief is that if the child was injured or if the abusive nature was validated, all parents would have been made aware. In my personal experience I can honestly say I have never seen anyone be verbally nor physically abusive at Giggles. They are attentive and loving towards all the children. The kiddos always appear to be happy and in good spirits. The overall setting of the facility is more of a home-like day care. The house was probably built in the early 80's. The grounds and toys are adequate. I wish it were a little more updated with better curbside appeal, but considering most of the funding comes from the state for CPS cases, I am certain extras are not at the top of the list. Overall, I am very happy with the care that my 15 month old receives at Giggles.
I love Giggles Learning center..My kids have been going here for 2 1/2 years now and from day one the director Dana has made us feel welcomed and at home. I have never had a issue with any of the teachers they absolutely love my kids and I am so glad I chose this center for my children.
This center has been awesome. The staff went through a change about 4 months ago with a new director but it is running great. New curriculum and staff and they have turned into an awesome place. They are like a family, the kids are loved as well as taught, they are not real expensive and are willing to help their kids and families anyway they can.
Would totally reconsider this daycare my daughters are going to this day care for 2 years just recently pulled them out to send them some warehouse during the time that my children were there this last years and absolutely horrible my 2 year old never had the same teacher for more than a week I find it very concerning and numerous calls and concern of head lice clean up the situation and then turn around and get a call back that's are sending kids home with lice again MC notices both in about hand foot and mouth being passed around to the daycare some of the staff is completely great but they just can't keep staff would consider a different day recommend them to anyone
Loved this place until they got new management, and completely new staff. Would definitely not recommend for your child.
