My son has been going here for almost 2 years now. Today when dropping off my son, I was greeted by one of the teachers in a very rude manner (Ms. Sherri) and she was talking to me in a very demeaning tone, because I forgot to bring a change of clothes. It’s like she was chastising me right in front of my child. I was caught off guard because typically she is pleasant! Perhaps she was having a bad morning! but this experience is making me consider other options for childcare. However When I reported this to the owner (Ms. Sofia) she was completely understanding and definitely put me at ease. The only reason I stay is because the owner and her manager (Ms. Katie) are professional and polite. However, the teachers underneath them need to be retrained on how to talk/treat people properly. I just strongly feel they should hire teachers that are more qualified.
You don’t deserve any stars!!!! Do not send any children here. Looks are deceiving. My grandson went here and got Hand Foot and Mouth disease not once but twice. They DO NOT CLEAN PROPERLY!!!! When we pulled him out, they gave his mother his cup back after 2 months of use, and it was filthy!!!! They do not clean anything very well. How do you tell parents your kid got something from them and then blame it on others??? If kids are being sent home don’t you think you should take proper precautions to make sure it wasn’t from your facility? Not a very sanitized facility!!!! Thank God we found a new place for him!!!!!!!!
My son has attended here for the past year. He is excited to go every day, knows and loves every member of the staff, and all of the the other kids there. He has learned so much in so little time and I could not be happier with the care he receives.
