Doodle Bugs! Children'S Centers

We had a great experience with the staff and facilities at Doodle Bugs on Union and Losson in Depew. Center management is attentive, professional, and always easy to communicate with. The teachers treated our children like their own, all are personable and have the best interests of the children at heart. We are actually moving centers to another Doodlebugs location as we have moved houses, but they were great for every stage of our children’s growth.

I can’t say enough good things about Doodlebugs Cheektowaga. My son has been attending since September 2023 when he was only 3 months old. He’s now almost 10 months and I love seeing his face light up when I bring him in and he first realizes where he is. There is no better feeling as a parent who is struggling with the transition of going back to work, to know that your precious child is in the hands of such lovely individuals. Miss Lisa and Miss Ari are fantastic. Always communicating with us, teaching our baby boy, and making him so happy. I am so grateful for every vomit of his they’ve endured (he has pretty bad reflux), every poop blowout, and every baby meltdown. Being a caretaker is HARD and sometimes thankless work. These women are angels to our society and our personal life. Miss Lisa just hit 26 YEARS at Doodlebugs! It’s so comforting knowing that dedicated and kind individuals are caring for our boy during our long work days. The girls at the front desk are always so courteous, greeting and saying goodbye to every parent and child. They take the time to learn the children’s names even if they’re only in their particular room once in a blue moon. On top of the amazing staff, the facility is always pristine and organized. I’ve never seen so much as a speck of dirt on the floor. They really prioritize a clean environment, which is so important when the inevitable fall and winter illnesses rear their ugly heads. I was blown away by the number of toys and options provided to the babies. Every time we drop off and pick up, my son is excited to crawl over to something new. I absolutely love getting pictures in his report at the end of the day!!! It’s amazing that they take out the time to get a couple of snapshots of our little guy every single day. With all of the kids they have, that must be no easy feat. On top of documenting every bottle and diaper change! I could go on, but this is long enough…just want to say that this facility truly goes above and beyond for the kids and their parents. They foster a great environment and it has been amazing watching my son grow and develop. So much of my joys and pride as a parent have been structured around the socialization and teaching that my son is exposed to at Doodlebugs. THANK YOU to the administration and staff for everything you do day-in and day-out! If you’re considering your child for daycare, look no further.

We absolutely love doodle bugs! The staff is so caring and attentive. We get daily reports and pictures of what our son did each day. Our son has been with them for 2.5 years two separate locations and we love everyone. I can only say good things. They have so many activities, from playing with sensory bins, painting, learning about the weather, they even have a karate instructor come in and teach. It’s great, the kids are great, the staff is great.

I can't say enough good things about Doodle Bugs in Cheektowaga! The staff is amazing, the location is always clean and friendly and fun. Our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her time here. We'll be sad to leave when it's time for school.

Was on the waiting list for a year and never got a call indicating whether we would have a spot or not. I reached out to the director 3 times. First, to confirm we wanted to be placed in the waitlist after our tour. After no response I followed up and we were finally added to the wait list. We wouldn’t have been added if I wasn’t persistent. Second, I wanted to update our info and change our requested schedule on the waitlist, after no response I sent a follow up email and only received an auto generated response. Only to later find out our waitlist information was never updated. Third, to inquire if we would have a spot for our daughter after a year. No response. I sent a follow up email. No response. I called the center 2 weeks after the initial email was sent. They took a message and then her assistant called me to tell me there was no space. Overall very disappointing customer service and business practices.
