Yall played with these reviews on here moved here in July the worst place I’ve lived in my adult life. Renovations were just putting lipstick on a pig in these old buildings. Took nearly two months to get repairs done had no electricity in either bathroom til mid August.Tub started peeling instantly after using. Gate broke random people walking the grounds asking for cigarettes one way in one way out which almost causes an accident daily. Loud train anytime of the day or night. Pool been closed for two summers claiming they are waiting til the gate is fixed to open it. Mailboxes are all broken. Kierra is cool the other lady has an attitude 24/7. Quick to file an eviction after 10 days really just a money grab company.

First off I must say I was not asked to do this review nor was I compensated in anyway to do this review. My review is based on my personal experience. Been residing here since last year and I must say the property is always clean. At night and the day time it’s quiet. The property managers Kierra and Yolanda are always helpful and always professional. They have all the tenants best interests in mind. I’m saving the best for last . I’ve stayed in communities where any maintenance issues you have can go weeks to months before being checked into. NOT HERE! Any request I have ever put in is complete within 24 hours. I am completely satisfied every single time. I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could .

I love the management and the community here. Mrs Kierra is superb at managing the property. They care about the residents and they make sure that the property and units are kept up well. I feel safe and comfortable living in this community and I am grateful for being allowed to live here. One thing I know is that they are not slum lord's but professional in managing this community. Thank you for the Christmas party it was really nice and fun, to think about the residents and do such a nice thing for us and selfless. The gifts and games were really nice you really went beyond what most managers would do. Happy Holidays. Thank you for allowing me and my grandson to reside here at The Townes at Lakewood.

I have been a resident of this property for over eight years, and I can confidently say that this is the best team this community has ever had. The level of dedication, care, and professionalism from the staff is truly unmatched. Thanks to their efforts, I have seen significant improvements, including renovations, enhanced security, and an overall commitment to making this a great place to live. Kierra leads an outstanding team, and Yolanda consistently provides exceptional customer service. Their hard work has brought a sense of peace and tranquility to the neighborhood, and I have never felt more at home than I do now. I am confident that things will only continue to improve under their leadership. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication to this community!"

Super spacious- love the appliances. Love the windows and natural sunlight. The neighbors are friendly and the monthly events is a great bonus
