I moved in here 2 years ago and I just have to comment I have had no complaints with the staff. They are extremely understanding , maintenance is very prompt , professional, and so is everyone I have encountered in the office. Ka’Brianna is really sweet and always helpful ,as well as miss Gina and Porsha. The community is quiet, my neighbors have been friendly, and it’s always really clean. Things are going to happen , things may break overtime , but having staff that’s attentive , maintenance that’s quick and efficient is all you can ask for. I haven’t had any issues with bugs , they keep the trash area tidy , and the surrounding areas are really nice. You have the golf club down the street and really nice neighborhoods nearby that me and my family have enjoyed for trick or treating or just going to see Christmas lights . Cumberland mall is 15 mins away as is Atlantic station. Best experience I have had living in Atlanta this far .

I had a great experience at Collier Ridge Apartments. The property itself is very nice, well kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Ka’brianna, the leasing agent who assisted me, has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She’s been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. My application process has been smooth, quick, and easy so far, and communication has been clear, which made everything stress-free. I’m finding out today whether I’m approved, but regardless of the outcome, the overall experience here has been nothing short of excellent. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and would definitely recommend Collier Ridge to anyone looking for a positive leasing experience.

So I toured this community and viewed their two and three bedroom apartment both were extremely spacious. Both units were renovated with new flooring. Originally i toured the two bedroom townhouse with leasing agent Ka’Brianna who was very sweet, informative and had patience with me. She Kept communication with me even after I left and made sure I had the opportunity to view the three bedroom apt when it came available . Well today I finally made my decision on what unit will work for me and I’m going to go to the application process. Thank you

The property is well maintained, with clean grounds and impressive amenities. The apartment I toured was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, the tour left a very positive impression, and this community is definitely one I would recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live :)

We have been leaving at Collier Ridge for about 5 months now and we have no complaints about it. Our experience started pleasant at the first contact with one of the leasing associate, Ka’Briana. She was very transparent and honest throughout the whole touring and you can see that she is in her zone. Her excellent service is extended more than just the first few steps, until this day, I know that if I contact her she will do her absolute best to help us out. About the property, I’m so glad they have been investing in security. I’m a interior decorator so I can be very picky on detail like the finishing and the quality of materials used to build places like this and I can confirm that I’m satisfied with. Another HUGE thing for me is the pest control, we are so glad that they keep everything in check, even if I see, a roach for example, inside of the building the bug it’s either already dead or in its last moments, it also happened in very rare occasions. Last but definitely not least, I would like to mention in this post the amazing work and dedication that the three gentlemen responsible for the maintenance of the property apply in to every day to make sure this place runs smoothly. I can see them starting early in the morning, with rain or sun going up and down either walking around or inside of their golf carts. Seriously it’s admirable to see. It would’ve been suspicious if I didn’t mention anything about what can be improved. Mind you it’s been months since we have not asked the delivery people to use the package room, due to bad experience with our package being steal because of the lack of security cameras and a password to access, I’m not sure if they improved on that, our packages are now delivered in front of our door. That would’ve been the only criticism towards the neighborhood, other than that great place to live!
