Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve contacted code enforcement multiple times and nothing has been fixed — it’s been months with zero improvement. There are squatters living here, boarded-up doors, and constant neglect. Do not trust Ms. Vanessa — she’s dishonest. She promises new appliances and upgrades, but everything is old, filthy, and full of roaches. She even raises the rent after lying about renovations. Freddy is just as bad — completely unhelpful. When we moved in, there was no hot water , ac heat and the electric line wasn’t even connected to the water heater also I’ve been electrocuted by an open socket no stove no fridge . I’ve paid rent early and still been treated with total disrespect. If you value your family’s safety, comfort, or money — stay far away from this place. I have proof of everything and will make it public if there’s no real improvement. This place violates basic housing standards and human decency.slumlords

Well not even one star 🤦🏾‍♀️! Looking for help and this is one of the horrible places they were offering my kids and I to stay. Ended up wishing I would have just went somewhere else.. Living conditions is a health hazard. I actually had a mushroom growing out of the door where my a/c unit was.. Mailboxes are not secured safely. Apartment managers don’t care about our living conditions just rent. Lady in the rent office by the name of Vanessa Bridges knowingly that the apartment has these issues and still moving people in. She engages in illegal activities with the residents such as purchasing drugs. The complex needs to be shut down. The trash cans are over flowing causing a horrible smell . These are photos of the trash on different occasion to emphasize issues the previous people were talking about in this apartment complex.

0 stars instead of 1 . I applied and they literally just took my application fee . My grandpa was my co-signer and has perfect credit (is a home owner) and a well paying job that he works . HES a truck driver ! Has been at the same job for almost 20 years. Me and my gpa were both on the application so we made well over the money to qualify for the apartment. Not only that but this is my first apartment so I have no land lord debt or anything to stop me from getting approved . I was given the run around for 2 weeks . When I finally was told I was denied it was because my “baby father was on the lease “ which he wasn’t. Never even spoke of my baby father to anybody in the office !! . She then continued to ask me did I submit my gpa pay stubs and it’s like if I’m denied wouldn’t you know that I submitted his paystubs !! Save yourself time and money ! These people are bs . They act like they want to help and etc buh they don’t care at all !

I have been here since October and I asked for my heat and air to be fixed and everytime I turn around I keep been told the connection is coming it took them for months for them to fix my back window they moved us in with a broken window they didn't paint or anything we had to ask for a stove and a refrigerator nothing as changed over here the management is the worst I will be calling code enforcement is there still mold in my unit

I've been living here for a few months, and I've definitely noticed the effort being put into improving the complex. Since moving in, I’ve seen maintenance and management actively working to enhance the community, and it’s great to see progress being made. When I first came for a tour, I met Ms. Vanessa, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed before moving in. My experience with the staff has been nothing but professional, and I appreciate the work they do to keep things running smoothly. Of course, no place is perfect, but I can see the improvements happening, and I look forward to seeing how things continue to get better. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and appreciate the efforts being made!
