My name is Darion and I have been living here for about two years now this property is amazing Tianna’s and Adrianna Are the best, i’ve never had a problem with them. The apartments are amazing and renovated. I have not seen any bugs. These are the best yet.

Nasty breeze ways, bad plumbing, these apartments should be $1100, the pool is never open, they charge pest control fee but don't provide it Gnats, roaches. everywhere abandoned cats and dogs in the neighborhood running around, they dont clean and pressure wash the breeze ways. Pavement has big holes, Dog poop everywhere, kids everywhere trashing other buildings that they dont stay in, Trash make the neighborhood look bad. Its embarrassing i haven't had company at all because its so embarrassing how nasty the breeze looks and smell the pinsol and bleach dont work. DO more then keep the grass cut.

Bad pest and feline problem, unusable appliances (oven, dishwasher), high turnover rate with the office and maintenance staff. The amenities (pool) were hardly opened during the pool hours/months. It started to remind me of the projects of Atlanta with the trash over piling. Positives: some staff was friendly especially at the time of my move out 2021. They were mostly Hispanic (I mention that because I don't remember the management company with which they worked was called) and tried to turn around the property as best as they could.

Adriana and Tianna made my move in process so easy and stress free.

Was able to call in and speak with Tihannah. She helped me out with so much and explained the process of applying made me feel very much like I will enjoy living in these apartments. Customer service was amazing I’m looking forward to getting a call back!
