What Parents Say
This is an urgent care center, not a daycare. Reviews praise the professional, compassionate staff, efficient appointment-based system with minimal wait times, and personalized patient care. Patients consistently highlight the welcoming atmosphere and quality medical attention.
Very, very polite and friendly front desk, nurses, and a pleasant and professional doc. I wish I could do 4.5 stars, because my only complaint (not really a complaint it just seems odd), is that they don’t have any imaging (x-ray, cat, etc) within their premises (which would’ve been helpful with my cough), and IF you were to need imaging, they’d have to send you over to inland or the hospital, and then you’d need to come back to the UC to finish your medical treatment; which seems unnecessarily complicated. Other than the lack of imaging, the people working here are amazing! I even got a call from Chris (one of the doctors there), just now while I’m writing this the next morning, and he was calling to check on me and to impress upon me his concern and that I should call him back directly if I still have medical issues related to my visit last night. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this UC! There was almost no wait, and you can book same-day appointments. I would be happy to go back there, and I kind of wish I could move to a PCP there, but it is just an Urgent Care. If you have KP, Providence, or state insurance, and are in need of medical assistance while you’re on the S. Hill, give this place a shot!
The reception was polite and efficient. Booked a time 2 hours after initial inquiry. At the scheduled time I was seen promptly; the Nurse Practitioner listened, was empathetic & curious & and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the whole experience.
I suffer from M.S. and my medicine gives me horrible infections and it causes me to have severe pain and mobility problems. They have always accepted me and accompanied me beautifully. The staff has always been very supportive and helpful. Making my life just a little bit easier. I have and will always return here for treatment. Thanks you very much Providence ExpressCare for your treatment and your kindness. I would drive past many others here.
Going to this urgent care is simple, quiet, no wait because it’s by appointment. I was feeling awful, I was in, checked, and home in no time with antibiotics being filled at local pharmacy. Good exercise.
Horrible snotty. Don't bring your service animal to your appointment. Refused to provide basic services that are expected throughout Providence. Will never seek care again. This express locations is open for walk in. However I was told to come back in 4 hours despite the place being empty. I was #2 1st thing in the morning. When I told them I'd just wait the 4 hours, I was seen immediately. And no one was waiting when I left. From eye rolling, to mocking, I've never received such horrible service.
