Lil' Einsteins Academy

My child was seriously injured while in the care of this daycare and required stitches as a result of the incident. As a parent, this was extremely concerning. What was even more troubling was the lack of transparency afterward. When we asked to review the camera footage to understand what happened, the director refused to allow us to see it. She gave me the phone number to the daycare owner to request the footage. I left the owner several voicemails and she never called me back. We removed our child from their care as a result. As a parent, I believe families deserve clear communication and accountability when their child is hurt on site. I also observed that supervision did not always appear adequate. On multiple occasions, staff seemed distracted, often on their phones instead of actively monitoring the children. Safety, supervision, and transparency should be top priorities in any childcare facility. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I do not recommend this facility.

We have nothing but great things to say about my son’s daycare and most especially with there director, Ms. Irelia. She has been great with us since day 1. She made us feel welcome ever since we met her. You can tell she genuinely care about these kids and there well being. She takes time to know each and everyone and even the parents. First thing I noticed too is that the kids love to stop by her office to give her hugs & say bye. I can tell she’s very hands on with the kids & with her staff, and I truly believe that having a good director goes along way. It took us months to search for my son’s preschool/daycare and We’re glad to have found this hidden gem in SanTan. My son used go to another daycare and we are so glad how he progressed so much ever since we moved him here. Me & my husband always talks about how we made the right decision picking this one, wish we have enrolled him here sooner but its okay, we’re here now and my son is here to stay. All the staff and teachers are great as well! My son is very happy & I can tell he’s been thriving here, he interacts more, he started communicating and talking more. We never had an incident where he was scared and crying to go to school, given that he had a bad experience at his former one. My son would always cry the moment we pull up the parking lot, here he feels home and himself. He’s happy during pick up & drop offs. My son is very active & loves to give warm hugs and one time Ms. Irelia and his teacher already knew something was wrong him when he was not being himself, but that’s how you know they are paying attention to these kids & getting to know them. I love how they also provide food (breakfast & lunch) and snacks, that’s a plus! They keep the site nice & clean all the time. Our son’s experience has nothing but great! If you want to check this location out & do a tour Ms. Irelia will try as much as she can to accommodate your schedule esp if your a working mom/dad like us.. so just give them a call & set up that tour you won’t regret it! ☺️

I just wanted to take a moment to share how deeply grateful I am for the love, care, and warmth that my daughter and I have experienced at your daycare — especially through Irelia. As a parent, finding the right daycare can be overwhelming. We've been to three different centers before this one, always hoping to find a place that felt safe, nurturing, and truly welcoming. From the very first day we stepped through your doors, Irelia made us feel just that — like we had finally found home. Every afternoon, my daughter comes home with the biggest smile on her face, full of stories, laughter, and joy. I can see in her eyes how much she feels loved, supported, and happy here. It's such a comfort to know that when I drop her off in the morning, she’s in the care of someone who truly cares about her growth and well-being. Irelia has a rare and beautiful gift. She greets us with such warmth and kindness every single day, and it never goes unnoticed. She’s made this transition not just easy — but something we genuinely look forward to. Her presence has brought so much peace to us as a family, and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you for all that you do, and for having such incredible people like Irelia on your team. We’re so thankful to be a part of this community.

Our daughter has attended this daycare/preschool since she was 1. She is now graduating and going to kindergarten in the fall. Overall, considering how long we’ve attended this school we have had a really great experience. She has learned a lot, has amazing social skills, and we feel she was well taken care of. We never had to question her safety or general happiness. We recently had a baby and fully anticipate sending our second child once she turns 1! There are some really amazing core teachers here that are consistent and are really great with the kids. Like any other daycare we have seen considerable turnover with teachers; however, I feel lucky with the teachers we did have. If you need to drop your child off right at 6am, plan for the doors to open closer to 6:05 or 6:10. The door also says that the daycare is open until 6pm; however , they are only open until 5:30pm. There is a splash pad; however, it is broken and has not been fixed. It’s been about 2 years. It would be nice to have that working for the kids! Otherwise, we have had a very positive experience. The meals are balanced and include breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Communication is pretty good whether through the app(depends on the teacher and if they use it) or from the director. I never felt like I couldn’t reach someone which, provided me with the feeling of added security and comfort. The toys and rooms are always clean and well take care of. I would definitely recommend this daycare to family, friends, and anyone looking for and all around stable, safe, and well established daycare.

My daughter has been attending Lil Einsteins for around 1 year. Every morning we are greeted by the director with the most welcoming environment. My daughter was at a in home daycare prior to coming to this preschool and to see her growth in the last year has been amazing. All the staff here has been wonderful, the school also does spirit weeks, picture day and has fun activity for all the students. I highly recommended this preschool for a family that wants to know your child education will start at a young age and also know that your child will be taken care of when they are at school.
