Update: we are 3 years in now and have 3 children enrolled in Lil cubs! All my kids have been through every single class now and my review still stands! Amy and her team go above and beyond to make sure my kids are always taken care of! We love all the staff and I couldn’t be happier to have my kids in this daycare!!! Totally recommend this daycare center! My daughter has been going to their PreK class for a little under a year and she absolutely LOVES it and all of the staff!!! Ms. K and Ms. Heidi are amazing teachers! She has learned so much, more than she has at her actual school! She loves her teachers and classmates and Mrs. Amy! All around the staff is so professional and friendly and make you and your family feel welcomed! We recently enrolled our newborn as well and he is loving it! Both kids are well taken care of! I was very nervous about putting my kids in Daycare but then being at Lil Cubs my mind is at complete ease knowing they are well taken care of!!! If you are in need of a daycare, look in to Lil Cubs! They will treat you children like they would their own! You won’t regret it ☺️
We absolutely love Lil Cubs and consider ourselves lucky to have found a daycare that cares so genuinely for our child! The teachers are fantastic and keep all of the kids on a good schedule. We are always bringing home new pieces of art and we regularly receive photos of the kids going on walks, playing outside, etc. It brings piece of mind knowing my child is engaged in new activities and is constantly learning/growing. Ms. Amy and Ms. Abby do a wonderful job managing the staff and I would happily and sincerely recommend this daycare to anyone in central Iowa looking for childcare!
Good daycare is hard to find. Lil Cubs will end your search and your worries. The staff is wonderful! There is great communication between staff and parents. My son loves his teachers. He enjoys going to daycare. I enjoy being able to leave him and not having to worry about him all day. They even help with potty training! They are amazing!
Lil' Cubs has been such a wonderful center for all 3 of my children over the years. The staff are so kind and welcoming, and Ms. Amy, the owner, goes above and beyond to be there for families! I believe my children are very blessed to be a part of the Lil' Cubs family.
An amazing child care center!! I highly recommend Lil' Cubs. Ms. Amy and her team are responsive to any questions and concerns. I appreciate the daily feedback and communication with the staff. The children always seem engaged in a variety of activities and numerous toys. (Staff members do NOT just put the children in front of the toys. They are sitting beside the children playing with them.) I can't recommend Lil' Cubs enough.
