What Parents Say
These reviews are not for a daycare center but rather for a Lifetime Fitness gym facility in Franklin, Tennessee. The reviews praise the facility's cleanliness, extensive amenities, and quality staff, though some long-term members express concerns about recent management changes, reduced hours, and additional fees.
What a Great place to work out and relax as a family.. I loooove the spa and cafe.. healthy and well priced.. the staff is truly amazing and works hard to offer a clean environment.. offering wonderful activities for children and actually providing people with knowledgeable staff for a safe workout..
I recently moved to Franklin and decided to try this gym. If you’re looking for a quiet, laid-back weight-lifting environment, this probably isn’t the best fit. It stays extremely busy— even mid-day I found myself waiting for equipment. The atmosphere is very modern and polished rather than an old-school lifting vibe. They are also strict about cleaning equipment thoroughly after each use. It’s a gym?! Overall, it may be a good option for those who enjoy a high-energy, commercial -style gym, but it wasn’t what I was personally looking for.
This is my home gym and has been since before it was fully built. I have noticed some changes that I don't like mainly the people who have taken over in the last say 2 years I think they need to be switched to another gym. I think it's time. I'm not very fond of people who are uppity and rude especially when I'm paying all this money and it continues to increase every year but I'm losing amenities that I didn't have to pay for in the beginning. One of the amenities that I'm losing is that this gym used to be a 20-hour gym and I definitely don't remember getting an email of it changing the hours so drastically. Cuz even during the pandemic it was open with the same hours from the very beginning. I don't quite understand why lifetimes across the country not just this one have decided that they don't have to be open like they used to be and honestly I think it's a poor decision since most other gyms stay open midnight or later. The other amenity that I've lost only at this location I don't quite understand why they think that the outside area is so premium but I have to pay additional to have access to the outside area no other lifetime that I've been to and I've been to a lot does that. That is when you become too big for your britches. I'm not too fond of the all the energy place on pickleball either. I didn't particularly like the fact that my loyalty came off last year as it didn't mean anything to this location either. The more customers who are long-term clients the better it looks. I also noticed that the steam room light in the women's locker room was flickering. Please work on being better because I refer people to Lifetime and I don't really want to stop Kudos goes to the lady in the Cafe at closing. I found that she was very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with.
Great facility, upscale and clean. Lots of different classes and programs to be apart of. Yoga, barre, cycle, conditioning, orange theory type classes. Literally anything you could want. Sauna, steam room and pool are just a bonus. Many options for personal trainers (so you’re not just stuck with the 1 or 2 that are at your gym). They even offer assisted stretching which is super convenient to do after my workouts. They also have a 3d movement analysis that tells you where you are tight and what percent mobility you have at each joint-a great way to track progress without relying on a scale.
Great facilities but the staff is what it makes it fabulous. Jane, Ross H, Jayden and Katie would help transform your body and keep you motivated and happy despite the HARD workouts you go through.
