If I were reviewing the Kids Club alone, it’d be five stars from me. They do an amazing job—my kid is happy there, the staff is attentive, and I always feel completely comfortable leaving him while I get a workout in. it’s the primary reason I chose Lifetime over any other gym Big shoutout to the front desk team too. They’re phenomenal: friendly, patient, and clearly juggling a ton at once. You can tell they work hard to create a great experience for members. The only reason this isn’t a full five-star review is consistency around cleanliness and upkeep. Sometimes the equipment feels a bit lacking, and while there are sanitizing wipe stations everywhere, they’re often empty. I’m sure most members are happy to wipe down equipment, but without wipes it’s tough to do our part. Overall: fantastic staff and an excellent Kids Club—just needs a bit more attention to cleaning supplies and day-to-day upkeep.

This place is falling off. Rates are going through the roof and the service is tanking. I’ve called multiple days straight, no one answers at the front/concierge desk, no returns messages, every time I’m in something is closed for remodel or repair, they’ve converted an entirely functional gym into practically nothing but pickle ball courts. Not sure why they couldn’t leave well enough alone, not every member is a pickle ball fan, but rather than make any effort to serve all their members, they’ve opted to displace anyone not playing pick ball that used to be able to use those courts. Not sure why they’re building a new location relatively nearby when they can’t even staff this one with an actual human being to answer a phone. Back in the day, this was the place to be. There was a front desk, a member services desk, an activities desk, people working in the daycare with a functional place for kids that was complete with tablets and things of interest to them. Now every desk is empty, no one answers a phone, the kids area is abysmal, rates have doubled, and we’re left with nothing but pickle ball courts and personal trainers that work upstairs behaving like used car salesman. They have trainers cold calling people offering training sessions for HUNDREDS of dollars per hour. Seriously?! How out of shape do you think your already overcharged members are that they need to drop another couple hundred dollars in personal training? Paying a personal trainer more an hour than some doctors make, is offensive both to the doctor and your members. I’m not sure what happened, if it’s a site issue, a corporate issue, or both but I really miss the old lifetime.

Like the pools! Great for the whole family! There are four pools! Two indoor and two outdoor. Kids enjoy the water play here! A lot of different workout equipments for you to choose, definitely you can find your favorite workout routine.

Really nice gym with lots to see. You could easily spend over an hour just looking around and trying the stuff out. They have a spa area and restaurant/ store, various workout equipment, locker room, swimming area indoor and outdoor, workout rooms, and more. Their locker rooms are clean and have steam rooms, and their showers come with shampoos/soaps, and they provide toiletries and even towels which is a huge plus. The pool area is pretty big too and their hot tub is decent- most of the jets were a bit weak but they had one at the side that was working very well. They even have hydro massage chairs that you can customize where you want to get massaged. They have an accessible entrance area with button to open door, plenty of parking too.

Worst Lifetime I have been to. Over crowded, too small of a workout area. Will kick you off the free weight if you didn’t register for a class during the busiest times of the week. Basketball court is used a good portion of the day for children activities. Gym needs to make its priorities straight are you a daycare or a gym, not big enough to be both. So excited to pay 1/6th of the price to go back to Mountainside / LA Fitness
