Life Time Fitness

I want to first say that everyone at Liftime is very kind and never had issues with the staff. Although there are a few things that I believe need to be addressed and fixed ASAP! 1st- the family locker room. There shouldn’t be anyone in there that doesn’t have a child!!! I’ve felt very uncomfortable bringing my two year old daughter in there because there are elderly men that change in there with no respect for younger kids as well as other people that are clearly just lazy to walk to the locker rooms. I have to now take my daughter to the women’s locker room. I do see employees walk in there as well using the bathroom and feel that isn’t appropriate either. Especially if your potty training and there walks out an employee using the bathroom. Family bathrooms/ locker rooms should be used for family’s!!! Not employees, elderly men or others who don’t have children . I see that there is signage but people clearly ignore that. I suggest there be a key card system that are only for memberships with a family’s. 2nd- Prices!! since the memberships are outrageously expensive everything else in the club should be cheaper. A smoothie shouldn’t cost $15, you shouldn’t have to pay $150+ tip to get your nails done. I pay $3800 per year to go here 🤯 I shouldn’t have to pay extreme prices for “extras” on top of that. The prices should be at least 50% cheaper than what it is. 3rd- keep the club clean!! The club is dusty and smells like toilet water 99% of the time. I see tons of employees but none are cleaning except the poor maintenance guy. He vacuums, he mops, he fixes the machines, there needs to be more accountability here. Most of the employees are hanging out talking to each other or on their phones. 4th- kids club- I love everyone there and everyone is so sweet with my daughter. Couldn’t ask for anything better but every time we go she gets sick, I mean every single time. I just ask that there be better cleaning practices. I know you can’t turn kids away that are sick but I just ask there be a reminder out there to not bring your sick kids to the kids club!

Not safe for little kids to change in the changing rooms! Multiple times my kids been completely naked in the Family changing rooms and male employees and random men go in. I would use a shower room to change but usually they are all in use. Employees and older people go in there to use the bathroom or to use it as a hallway. There needs to be more control for the safety of kids. I also have taken my boys (3-6) into the women’s locker room with me and older women complain about having little boys in there. Idk what to do anymore and talking to employees about this issue doesn’t make a difference. The “stop” signs are not working! Also the pool area needs a renovation. Broken tiles on the floor cut my baby and mildew all over the bathrooms and pool floors is not safe. They need better cleaning practices. If I can’t bring my kids then this price isn’t worth it.

Theresa denied my friend’s guest pass less than 15 minutes after a supposed cut off time at 8:00pm and was less than nice about it. Immediately cancelled membership. Will not return until she is terminated. Have been coming here for 3+ years and have never once been treated so rude. Lifetime is on the downhill.

Jason at the front desk always help me when I need it and had a great attitude! Appreciate his energy in the mornings. Facilities are very nice. Things are fixed in a timely fashion. This club is great.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way my situation has been handled by Life Time Fitness. I have been dealing with serious medical issues that have prevented me from using the facility since the day I signed up. Despite my circumstances, I have received no empathy, no support, and no reasonable resolution. What is most troubling is that not a single member of my family — myself, my husband, or my children — ever used the facility at all. There is clear record that none of us have checked in, yet I was still denied a refund, denied a credit, and denied the ability to cancel immediately when I explained my situation. I have paid a significant amount of money for a membership that was never used, through no fault of my own, but because of ongoing medical issues that have also left me unable to work. Even after explaining this, I was told that nothing could be done. This lack of understanding from a business that promotes health and wellness is extremely disheartening. I am requesting that you reconsider my case and provide a refund or credit for future use when I am healthy enough to return. At a minimum, I expect fair treatment and acknowledgment of the hardships I have been facing. This experience has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time, and I hope Life Time Fitness will do the right thing and resolve this matter appropriately.
