My daughter attended Bright Beginnings CDC from 3 months old to almost 3 years old. My daughter was kept safe, cared for, and loved here. They gave me peace of mind about my daughter’s well being. Between school and at home, she knows 1-20 in English, 1-10 in Spanish, colors, shapes, etc. They helped us with potty training. My daughter was very loved and cared for at this facility. I highly recommend Bright Beginnings CDC on Ebenezer Rd.
My wife and I were patrons if this facility with our son for about 6 months. We were never worried for our child's safety while he attended nor were we ever concerned for his well being. As far as we were concerned he received the utmost care while here. The reason for our termination of care was the amount of communication between staff and parents. After 6 months of care, I cannot tell you the name of my child's teacher nor would I be able to point her out in a police lineup. The only review of our child's day was given through a piece of paper with at most 1 sentence saying '...had a good day'. We brought this concern to the staff on 2 occasions and were met with a cookie cutter response of 'any moment the teacher spends away from the children is a moment the children are not receiving care'. This response sounds more like a staffing issue than one of true conviction. We have utilized multiple daycare centers in the past and at both we had daily contact with our child's caregivers and knew what he was doing every day. I cannot recommend this facility but I can say again we were never concerned with our child's well being. Communication goes a long way. We have now opted to use alternative for our child. Should our arrangements not work out in the future we will not be returning to Bright Beginnings.
My son has been attending Bright Beginnings for almost 6 months. He is special needs and when he first started attending, he wasn’t speaking much. Since he started attending, he has thrived so much and has started talking so much more! The staff at Bright Beginnings is who I give credit to. They are so caring and patient with him. I don’t worry a single bit when he’s in their care because I know that he is in good hands!
I love this daycare. While the other review is very disrespectful, I have had no problems with my child’s care. I have a 3 year old, and whenever I ask about my child’s day they give specific details. I always receive crafts and reports about his day. I truly love his teachers and am proud to have my child here. I greatly recommend this daycare to anyone who needs one!
I love them so much! My my child has been doing so much better since going there they teach him so much and he makes friends. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I highly suggest them to everyone I meet who has a child. And the price isn’t terrible compared to other places!
