Legacy Childhood Education Centers

I was scared to put my baby in daycare but I absolutely love this place. Everyone there is very friendly. My son just turned 6 months old and they have been helping him meet his milestones. They have an app that updates you on diaper changes, feedings, naps and occasional pictures. He is also always clean when I pick him up (even when I surprise them and pick him up early😅)! He seems to love his teachers. Always full smiles and reaches for them. I’m glad I chose them to take care of my baby! ❤️

I would not recommend this Daycare. My kids have gone here for roughly 3 months. I have complained and complained about the fact that I drop my kid off clean and dry and when I pick him up, His clothes are Soaking wet and Muddy because they claim they have to take the kids out every day whether it's raining cold or not it was freezing 33 Degrees cold/ windy the other day and they took my son outside.. my son coughed all night long and has a runny nose yet the Director informed me that him being outside cold and wet would not make him sick. She is not professional at all. I called to put in a complaint about something and she got on the phone telling me it's therapeutic for kids to play in the mud. I really wish I could post the pictures of how I picked my kid up, looking like he had been in a mud war, chattering from being cold. They literally take the kids out at 8 o'clock in the morning with freezing cold temperatures.. I literally called around to see if any other Daycare has space the next morning. I go to take my kid in the daycare after making the complaints and they tell me that the owner says that my kids can't come back. Which that was a bit of a joke they did me a favor that I did not have to subdue my child to their care not one more day. it did let me add the photos he is soaking wet and freezing cold

I took custody of my granddaughter a year and a half ago, and putting her here was the best decision I could have made for her and myself.. The staff, from the owners, (the McCrory's) to Ms. Ro, and Ms. Shania & Ms. Amie to all the others.. they have loved on my baby as I do.. She learned so much and was overly prepared to start PreK this past August, and still attends before and after care currently.. I highly recommend the 61st street location.. THEY TRULY care for your children.. Thank you to all of you .. you have definitely became like family to my girl and I..

My kiddos Absolutely love it here! Their staff is so patient and caring with my kids. They always keep me informed of what happened throughout the day. They also provide a great learning experience for my children. They have had my kids from newborns to 6 years old and they definitely feel like part of the family. Would highly recommend if you're looking for excellent childcare.

I wish I would have switched my kids sooner. My children have grown so much with social skills, life skills, and in education since being under care at Legacy - it truly backs up how much Ms. Whitney, Ms. Ro, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Amy, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Shania, Ms. D, Ms. Sharon and all other staff care about not only my children but their roles in making the daycare a place where children THRIVE. The parent support is unmatched. My children are empowered and so am I. I cannot recommend this facility enough. It’s clean, there’s structure and age appropriate curriculum - all while having fun. My daughter looks forward going to “Elephant School” every day which makes mornings much easier. Love the staff, love this facility. 10,000% recommend. 🫶🏻
