My daughter has attended Christ Community (formerly known as Leesburg Open Arms) from young infancy through their summer camp and after-care program, and it has truly been a blessing to our family. When I began searching for childcare, I was looking for safety, consistency, warmth, faith, strong academics, fun — and most of all, people who would genuinely love my baby. We truly hit the jackpot with CCCS. One of the most meaningful factors for me is their incredibly low teacher turnover. In the time we’ve been here, 15 of my daughter’s teachers are still at the school, and several others have faithfully served at CCCS for 10–18 years. That kind of longevity creates stability, deep relationships, and a sense of security that is priceless for both children and parents. Another huge gift has been the live-stream cameras in every classroom. Especially in that first year, being able to “peek in” on my baby brought such peace of mind. Their pricing is also very competitive for our local market — particularly for the level of care, consistency, education, and professionalism families receive. My daughter was more than prepared for kindergarten and has consistently performed at the top of her class. Now my 7-year-old is part of the school-agers program and absolutely loves it. She talks about her teachers with excitement, comes home thrilled about gaga ball, arts and games, and eagerly counts down to the weekly pool field trips in the summer. CCCS is more than childcare — it has become a second family. We are incredibly grateful for a place that has welcomed us with open arms and faithfully walked alongside our family during some of our most formative years.

Both of our children have attended Christ Community over the years, and we truly have nothing but positive things to say. The staff and teachers genuinely care about each child, and it shows in everything they do. I’ll never forget our oldest child’s graduation celebration and watching some of the teachers get emotional as they sent their students off to elementary school. They pour their hearts into teaching and nurturing these kids, and that dedication is evident every day. We are incredibly grateful for our experience and highly recommend Christ Community to any family looking for a caring, supportive environment.

This is a great church and school! Everyone is welcoming and caring. Sunday worship is contemporary and casual, while still feeling ancient and liturgical. The school is safe and secure. The prices for the school are near the lowest in the area. The church and school have a family feel.

If I could give Christ Community Church and School 10 stars, I would! Our son has been going to daycare here since he was 7 months old and we have had an amazing experience. The teachers show so much care for the kids and the front staff is quick and thorough with communications. They are always answering my many questions and provide so much reassurance for an anxious, first time mom like myself. My son is learning so much and loves all the teachers - every day when I ask him about how his day went he has new fun stories about art projects, puzzles, playing outside with friends, splash days, and more. Christ Community truly feels like a family and we look forward to our son continuing to grow and thrive here!

We absolutely love this daycare! It was so hard leaving my baby somewhere new, but everyone there welcomed her and treats her just like family. All of the staff know her by name, and she smiles each morning seeing everyone. The communication to us is very thorough and informative. I also really like that they have cameras in the classrooms so you can watch what's going on all day. I highly recommend this school, and look forward to sending my daughter here for years to come!
