We are so grateful that we found Oak Grove Learning Tree. We were looking for a less traditional schedule for our child, and the flexibility of Oak Grove's partial day schedule (5 hours) worked perfectly. The staff is kind, warm, and attentive, and we know that our child is being well cared for! They also provide all meals and snacks, which is a huge help. Our child loves the food, and it's one less thing that we need to take care of when prepping for the day. We also love the occasional pictures and updates that our child's teachers send throughout the day, and we get a big stack of art projects that the class has done every few weeks. Oak Grove is a wonderful place; we're so grateful to have found it!
Having just moved to Oregon from the East Coast and not knowing the area of well, I quickly enrolled my two year-old into a school in Portland, which I will not name. He was dealing with the adjustment to going to childcare for the first time and struggled with some behavioral challenges. I quickly knew that school was not for him due to their lack of engagement and lack of curriculum. On a day where I was at my wits end, and in total desperation, praying that an opening would happen elsewhere, Andrea from Oak Grove Learning Tree called me to tell me that he had a spot there. I knew immediately after talking to her just a few minutes, that we had found the right place. Since then, (now age 4) I have been able to go to work every day knowing that my child is safe, well taken care of, learning things and having a good time at school. They not only have a great curriculum at Oak Grove Learning Tree, but they are very accommodating to each child’s needs and truly make you feel part of a family. Our son is a tough cookie at times, but they never give up on him or us. Scott, Andrea, Laurie and a amazing group of teachers are truly phenomenal. We are truly blessed to have found Oak Grove Learning Tree.
This is the absolute best place to send your children! We had both of our kids attend the Learning Tree and we could not be happier that we did. The staff is amazing and they are truly childcare professionals and so easy to communicate with about your concerns/question and they are just genuinely nice people. Our kids went through their preschool program and the curriculum was excellent and we knew every day what they were working on because school work would come home for us to see. Both of my kids looked forward to attending every day and they both made so many friends. They really go the extra mile to make sure the kids are happy and thriving. I just can’t say enough positive things about the Learning Tree and I highly recommend them!
Our two-year-old son attends daycare here and I couldn't be happier with the staff and care he has received. He always looks forward to going to daycare and always comes home smiling (and tired) from all the fun he has. I really appreciate how they have navigated the pandemic and I am very appreciative of all care and concern they have for my child. The facilities are in good shape and very secure. The staff is top notch too. I highly recommend Oak Grove Learning Tree.
My kids and I absolutely love Learning Tree! All of the teachers and staff are so kind, open, and friendly, and it is always evident how much they truly care about the kids. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
