The director is probably the most miserable person I've ever had the chance to interact with. Rude dishonest and lazy. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
My daughter has been going to learn as you grow for about 3 years now , even though we live farther now we still keep her at this location because i trust the staff. Teresa & Michelle have always been angel's, they go the extra mile and any time I have ever had a certain with another kid or a question they have always been able to get me the facts and put my mind to rest. I feel like my daughter is safe here which is my top priority as a parent , I trust the staff and love that she has the exposure to more kids and the ability to make extra friends. She has built relationships with not only other children but members of the staff. At one point my daughter would only try new foods if Ms. Sue made it.
We've been taking our son to the location on South Bay Road in Cicero/North Syracuse for over 3 years now. We have a baby now too who has been going for about 6 months. The staff does a great job with the kids and my older son has transitioned rooms as he's grown up (they're age-based rooms) a number of times and been able to make some good friends who transition at or near the same time with him. The cost is the best we found for a center and the quality is probably just as good, if not better, than other higher cost centers we checked into. My older son has really done well getting used to being away from mom and dad for part of the day and making friends his own age. My baby also seems to enjoy the stimulation of having other babies to watch. Highly recommend.
This center is stellar. Love the fantastic, charismatic, welcoming presence and smile of the director, Theresa!! 5 stars. Happy, thriving, learning children.
All 4 of my children have gone through this daycare and they have had a blast. The director Theresa is fantastic and I love the staff!!
