They are capable of doing good (not great) work but they're incredibly disorganized. You can call for resources but they'll provide you with outdated info. Never in a million years would I want friends to call 988 if they were feeling suicidal. Overall the organization is run poorly and constantly seems thrown together.

Contact does incredibly important work in our community, including its 24-hour helpline and being the 211 call center for Central New York.

They treated us like they didn't want us to stay here. Couldn't visit w anyone else. Only 2 people allowed in ea room. Doesn't deserve a star
