It has been over 14 days since I toured The Nest. I was told I’d receive pricing and other necessary information via email the same day. Never received any of that, and despite following up every possible way over the last 2 weeks, I’ve been completely ignored. MIND YOU, they had no issue completely blowing up my phone, text, and email DAILY begging me to do a tour and schedule a call. Then when I actually need information it’s radio silence. To me this is a DIRECT reflection of the level of care they’d be able to give my child. Not being able to respond to a prospective parent in TWO WEEKS signals either short staffing issues or flat-out negligence; either way this is not somewhere I’ll be sending my child.
The only good thing I have observed here are the instructors in the classrooms. Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I do not believe you understand civil law. I assure you that I am working to help you fix your policies. I will also provide a refresher about parenting rights and boundaries. Thanks again for responding.
The new director, Ms. Grace, is phenomenal. My questions are always answered within a reasonable time. All of the teachers are warm and welcoming. All of the staff collaborates with you to make sure you are building a strong support system around your child. My daughter absolutely loves going to daycare and is very excited to see her teachers and peers. As a teacher, I love their programming. My daughter continues to excell in academic, speech, social emotional, gross motor and fine motor development. I am very proud to have my daughter be a student at The Nest - Solon.
I love that every time we see Ms Grace she acknowledges me and my family by our names i don’t know how she remembers everyone lol. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. My son loves coming to school so much he even ask to go on the weekends. Ms Shawna and Ms Sharonda are absolutely amazing! My baby has progressed so much because of their dedication and ethic to our children. I really don’t know what we would do without them! My son is so comfortable with his teachers and I’m glad that he has such a safe space to learn, play and grow. Shawna and Sharonda we thank you so much for all that you do and hope you know how appreciated you are! My son loves you all so much. Every day he says I want to go see Shawna and Sharonda and when he says his alphabet he says S is for Shawna! You have truly made an impact on him and it makes me and my family feel at ease when he’s not with us because we know he’s in good hands.
Absolutely love this school and so do my babies. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. They are always all smiles at drop off and pick up. I love the pictures with updates throughout the day to see what they’re doing. Teachers know them both by name and always greet them. My daughter often applies the things she learns at school when she gets home. I’ve visited to a lot of daycares and have been so disappointed by what I’ve seen and the conditions. The Nest was the best choice for my family. Thank you Ms. Grace for being so great.
