This review is mainly for the rental halls at this facility. We decorate this place often. There are a few rooms you can rent for events. There is a good amount of space, tables, and chairs inside, the staff is friendly, and there's a lot of parking. Overall, it's a great place to rent for an event. There are also a lot of other things to do here such as childcare programs, activities, and a playground.
My husband and I participate in a senior ukulele group at the Center every Thursday morning from 10:00 to 11:30. Afterwards we are fed lunch. The ukulele group is wonderful and fun. Tina, who runs the Senior Center, is fabulous.
Lancaster rec gives children who don't have the means to go to a paid pool to be able to enjoy this summer by opening up the wading pools, and you have people out there that are so disrespectful enough to vandalize and trash these pools.,.. Install cameras at the pools, prosecute anybody you catch vandalizing... People need to start accepting accountability for the stuff that they do...
Amazing nonprofit organization in Lancaster, PA. Sports, wellness, and learning all happen within these walls as well as a bevy of events throughout the community that are imagined and grown as a vital part of the mission of Lancaster Rec.
It's a fun part the times I'm here that is not packed it is very safe for children
