Ladybird Academy Windermere

I’m rating 5 stars for this daycare because of HEATHER! The director of the ladybird academy daycare. Wow what a breathe of fresh air to have this heaven sent woman to the daycare! The daycare has been through a few directors since my child has been enrolled in the daycare, but heather made it a game changer. The way she is so hands on with the little ones, how nurturing she is, how understanding she is. She’s beyond sweet and does such an incredible job running the daycare that it’s mind blowing. This lady deserves the actual biggest raise ever! You can tell she loves her job and does it very well. Makes all the students and even parents feel seen, heard and any issue she’s there to handle it without any hesitation. Thank you heather for the refreshing energy you brought into ladybird academy, you definitely made it feel more like a home! Words can’t explain how much I appreciate you!!! Thank you! 10/10

Ladybird Academy is truly wonderful! The administration is so helpful and always goes the extra mile to work with parents and meet our needs. The teachers are absolutely amazing—always happy, kind, and full of warmth toward both kids and parents, even at the very end of a long day. It’s such a comforting feeling to know our little ones are in such caring and positive hands every single day!

My son has been going to Ladybird Academy for almost a year now. I have seen good and positive results from the school. Ms Heather and Ms Shruti have been very supportive and patient with all parents queries and concerns and are very communicative about everything we need. Last few months I have seen positive changes and more responsiveness from all the staff. Thank you to all the teachers taking care of our toddlers.

There's so many amazing things to say about how exception Ladybird Academy of Windermere is! Every teacher and staff member is always friendly, respectful and you can tell they have true passion and dedication for every child's growth, not just academically but personally. The school is always clean, organized and provides a safe environment. In my opinion Ladybird has created a fun advanced curriculum that prepares the children from Elementary school; I always get asked if my children are in a grade ahead. I am proud to say my children attend Ladybird Academy of Windermere.

I have a one year old and a four year old at Ladybird Academy of Windermere. Our one year old is in love with her teachers and it's always so fun to watch her running around and playing with her friends. Her vocabulary has grown exponentially since going there and I can tell that the teachers genuinely love and cherish her. Our four year old is a sensitive guy, and very attached to mom, but thankfully the director and teachers have worked hand in hand with me to give him the best experience possible. They realize that every kid is different, and that it's not a one size fits all world. I truly appreciate the respect and attention that they give myself and my children as we build the foundation for elementary school. ****if you struggle with a sensitive kiddo, just know that they will never give up on your child and they will make each day feel like a clean slate. They want to see each kiddo be successful and they will work with you to accomplish just that.
