We have been sending our daughter to LPA full-time for over a year. Last year we had a baby and also enrolled him full-time. It’s a great school with amazing teachers! Our daughter has food allergies and Amanda, the director, has been dedicated to keeping her safe. It’s a nut-free school and meals are provided by the school, which helps control the food situation. This school also allows nursing so with our youngest Im able to go into the infant room and nurse him a few times a week. All staff are vaccinated and most kids are, which I really appreciate amid the measles outbreak. LPA recently had a Parents Night Out and a Gallery Walk, featuring the work of the school’s talented young artists (video of that posted).
Our family loves this school. My grandkids have been going here for years. We love the Director and the teachers. They are always so welcoming. The kids are happy and they learn so many things. They never want to leave at the end of the day. We’re so grateful to the team at La Petite Academy Scottsdale. Keep up the good work!
We now have our third child going through La Petite and cannot say how much we love it. It’s a smaller school, so it feels like an extension of our family. A big differentiator for us from other daycares we’ve been at is the consistency of the teachers in the classroom. Our kids have the same teachers throughout the day and there’s not a lot of teacher turnover over, so the teachers truly know and connect with each kid as an individual. It’s so difficult leaving your kids to be cared for by someone else, but it’s easier to do when you know that they’re in such great hands. They’re the best!
This is our last year having La Petit as our primary source of childcare since my daughter will be off to kindergarten next school year and we are going to miss La Petit dearly. Due to covid, our daughter was able to be home with us for the first two years of her life so I was so hesitant about sending her to daycare. Touring La Petit with the director, Amanda, put our worries at ease. We’ve had an absolutely amazing experience and my daughter loves everyone there. She’s learned so much and has thrived under their care. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a safe, welcoming, fun, and educational environment for their children.
Our family has been part of the La Petite community since we moved to Scottsdale 4.5 years ago. Both of our children attended (daughter from age 2-4 and son since he was an infant and is now in Early Preschool). As parents, we've always felt looped in on our kids' progress and daily activities. Many of the teachers have been there since we started, which has provided our children with wonderful consistency. We always felt our children were in a secure, well-maintained environment and we have always been notified immediately of any injury, sickness, etc. We highly recommend La Petite to any local parents looking for exceptional care.
