Avoid The Quinn at All Costs The Quinn is, frankly, an embarrassment of a property. The management shows zero respect, not just for their own tenants, but for the entire neighborhood. Let’s start with the alley: their tenants routinely park in a way that blocks access, making it impossible for anyone else to get through. This isn’t an occasional lapse, it’s a weekly occurrence, and management does absolutely nothing to address it. Then there’s the garbage situation. Despite having a large number of units, The Quinn provides only one standard recycling bin and nowhere near enough garbage capacity. As a result, every single week, overflowing trash and recycling spill into the alley and onto neighboring yards. It’s unsanitary, inconsiderate, and entirely avoidable if the owners cared enough to provide adequate collection bins. To make matters worse, they haven’t paid any of their alley plowing dues for THREE YEARS. Everybody else on the block pays their fair share to keep the alley clear and safe during the winter, meanwhile The Quinn freeloads while creating even more obstacles by blocking the alley with their vehicles. In short: • They block the alley regularly • They don’t provide enough garbage/recycling bins • Their trash overflows into neighboring properties every week • They refuse to pay their alley plowing dues • They are consistently horrible to their own tenants and disrespectful to the neighborhood There are plenty of apartment buildings that care about being part of a community. The Quinn is not one of them.
This 5 star review is for the new manager Maddie. She is 10/10 kind, thoughtful, and truly cares about residents. She has gone above and beyond!
I've asked the management numerous times to clear their sidewalk. You can see the results- hazardous and barely touched. My guess is you'll get the same lousy response to any maintenance issue if you choose to rent here.
Mark the caretaker is phenomenal. One of my fears of moving to a new apartment is how they handle maintenance requests. He does an amazing job of taking care of the residents.
