I recently picked up my granddaughter from KinderCare the other week and had a wonderful experience. Director Alicia and the entire staff were extremely professional and welcoming. They made sure to verify my identity and confirmed I was on the approved pick-up list, which really set my mind at ease especially with how much is happening in the world these days. Center went all the way down hill once Alicia left. There’s no director or assistant director. Staff is running wild. No one can change the door code or give me my child’s file to transfer. It’s been over a week and they still can’t change her door code for safety reasons and they can’t find her file. Stay away
I just started to bring my son here and honestly I’ve said I’d never have him in daycare or preschool because of my fear of neglect and mistreatment we see at select places. However, the staff here are friendly and go above and beyond with my son in their care. Additionally, my son has adjusted very well with his teachers and is excited to be with his class which tells me everything I need to know. Lastly, I love that his teachers not only communicate with me through their app but they are taking the time to communicate with me at drop off and pick up. If you’re hesitant, I promise you that’s how every parent feels and that’s okay! But you won’t regret enrolling your little one 🥰
My daughter attends this school and it is a safe place. The teachers always pay attention to my daughter's needs and the director, Alicia, always receives us in an excellent and very friendly way. I love the attention they give to my daughter.
Hands down the center should get 20 out of 5 stars. My children love going. They love the staff. My 3yo always tells me stories about his day and what he has learned. They really helped me with getting him potty trained. Whenever I have a question they respond quickly. I honestly feel like they have been a huge support of my family, I feel safe sending my kids there and I am grateful to have found such a great little daycare.
