La Petite Academy

Both of my children have attended La Petit Academy daycare, and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. We started when our first child was about a year and a half old, and later enrolled our second child at just six months old. From the very beginning, we felt safe, secure, and confident leaving our children in their care. The teachers are kind, attentive, and truly caring, and both of our kids have always loved going there. The environment feels nurturing and welcoming—more like a second home than a daycare. We’ve consistently had a positive experience over the years, and it has been amazing to see our children grow, learn, and feel so comfortable there. We are very grateful for the love and care our kids have received and would highly recommend this daycare to any family.

Stopped by for a tour earlier this morning and after touring and speaking with a few other day cares we decided on LaPetite. Jill and Kelsey were so helpful and attentive the entire time , especially with all our questions as first time parters starting our daycare journey for the first time. I have a 7 month old son , who will now be starting soon and the place felt secure , and cozy for our baby boy. You can tell the children feel comfortable with the staff which was one of my biggest things when searching for the right daycare and ensuring that there was a good teacher to child ratio. They also offers live stream which I love especially since my baby has not been away from home for care until now, this helps me feel secure and I can check in to ease any anxieties throughout the day.

This daycare is honestly the best .Jill and Kelsey is an amazing boss they made me feel so comfortable They are considerate and truly care for the kids. They are super understanding and willing to team up with you to get your child on the right path My son had never been in a daycare setting before and the teachers were excellent! They made not only me, but my son feel comfortable! He had so much fun, and I will continue to bring him here! :)

My daughter had been at LPA on S. Scarborough for 3 years! The current leadership team has been amazing keeping the staffing steady, enabling the teachers to have fun crafts and activities each week, and setting up fun "extras" like a trunk or treat or Holiday program. My daughter truly loves her teachers and friends and the center feels like a natural extension of our village. Additionally, I love that I get updates all day long via the app and can check the camera at any point to see her. All of the teacher have done a great job keeping the app updated and I love talking to my daughter at the end of the day about the things she did! If you are looking for a daycare, I strongly recommend!

I am a first time mom who was very concerned about starting daycare for my 6 month old son. But my fears were assuaged after taking my son to La Petite on S Scarborough Olathe. They take such good care of my son and helped him work through a tough transition from home full time with mom to daycare. I watch him frequently on the camera and he is treated exceptionally well by his teachers and has a lot of fun! I also can’t say enough nice things about the Director and Assistant Director who truly care about the kids and the parents!
