Our family loves this La Petite! My daughter has attended the Melbourne (Viera) La Petite Academy for more than two years, since she was an infant. All of her teachers as well as the front office staff have been absolutely wonderful during our time here. They know her and our family and have been consistently warm, caring and patient through various baby/toddler challenges. We toured a number of daycares in the area when we were looking for care and La Petite was the clear winner for us. What we consider 'basics' like a strong curriculum, appropriate safety protocols, etc. are all covered, but it was really the people that made the choice easy for us. From our first tour everyone was friendly and open, and willing to answer our many first-time parent questions. Being able to talk to the teachers (especially those our daughter would be with in the infant room) made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice. La Petite provides great, age-appropriate activities and calm, structured classroom management, plus healthy meals and snacks. The school and teachers are very communicative with what's going on with my daughter each day through updates in the app and in-person conversations at drop off and pickup. It's clear to us that the teachers and staff all know and care about our daughter as an individual. She loves going to daycare and talks about her teachers and classmates (many of whom she has been with since her time in the infant room) every day. And we're excited for our son to start in the infant room soon, with the same awesome teachers our daughter had.

They take wonderful care of the children, and it's clear they are passionate about what they do. The school utilizes state-of-the-art programs that are up-to-date with the latest and most effective methods for child development, ensuring that each child receives the best possible start in their educational journey. A special acknowledgment must go to the Assistant Director, Jennifer Bonet, who is truly the best in the La Petite Daycare industry. Her leadership and dedication are evident in the high quality of care and education the center provides. The positive and low-stress environment, combined with the friendly and attentive staff, makes La Petite Academy a top choice for families. My 7 month old is enrolled in the infant room and I have nothing but the upmost appreciation for my baby’s teachers! Judy, Stephanie, and Kendall truly love and care for all the babies in that room and they not only care for her, but they also have learning plans everyday! I absolutely love receiving videos and pictures of my baby is learning each day & how well she is playing with the other babies! She has such a big smile from the time I drop her off and the time I pick her up. And I love the feedback I get from the teachers about her day was. The admin team is amazing too, they help out anywhere that is needed and are always on top of everything! Thank you Jen and Marci for everything you do! Our family has had such a wonderful experience with La Petite! Our oldest son started here as an infant and stayed all the way through VPK before moving on to kindergarten and now our youngest is enrolled as well. From the very beginning, the teachers have been amazing. Ms. Judy and Ms. Kendall in the infant room showed such genuine care and attention, making us feel completely at ease leaving our baby in their hands. As our son grew, the school continued to exceed our expectations. Mrs. Jen led an excellent phonics class that helped him develop strong reading skills early on, and Mrs. Ana, his VPK teacher, did an outstanding job preparing him for kindergarten. She did an incredible job helping him build strong academic and social skills. Thanks to her dedication, he transitioned smoothly and confidently, and he was more than ready for the next step! We’re so grateful for all the teachers and staff who have cared for both of our boys with so much love, patience, and professionalism. La Petite truly feels like an extension of our family!
I’ve really enjoyed taking my daughter here with no regrets. She started in the twos class and has moved up to the pre preschool room. She has literally thrived since starting here in April! They don’t just babysit… they actually have a curriculum and teach your kiddo and help them thrive and learn. My daughter is always talking about how she loves her teachers. Any issues, the teachers are quick to communicate with me and work out a plan. They are diligent with updating their app with food, pics, diaper changes, etc. you can also view their live feed. Any issues I have had were addressed immediately and respectfully. Their facility is also very clean. I’m very thankful to have found a daycare that truly works with the kiddos and treats them like they are their own. I’ll be putting my son in their infant room in a few months and have less anxiety knowing he’ll be in great hands.
