Angel Kids Child Care

Honestly I dont even know where to begin. There were several staff choices I dont understand like ms tabitha amazing at school but hits her young siblings and locks them in their rooms. Elaine reading who wouldn't even help take care of her own nephew. There were several violent kids in the younger rooms. Kids always coming home bruised from this daycare

If I could give this place a zero Stars I would .. .my child has been there for a couple years and has been bitten, had mulch thrown in her eyes, came home with a torn off fingernail was bleeding ,and none of these incidents were reported to me or my wife. We had to hear it from our daughter. When I asked them about these incidents they said oh we will talk to the person so and so the teacher whoever and I never heard anything else about it. Due to the fact there is litigation pending I cannot post the pictures of these incidents at this time. Care about your child and his or her well-being, stay away from this place. And just as a matter of fact, a telltale sign of a bad daycare is how many staff did they go through and Angel kids has been through a plethora of teachers since my daughter's 10-year there it seems like there's new teachers working there every week. It's my fault for not seeing that sign and doing something about it earlier.

One star because in this day and age there should never ever ever be a reason to have kids unsupervised. Close the damn school if you don’t have proper staff for the kids. Driving by my heart broke to see this young Caucasian child being bullied by an African girl. Pushing her and throwing dirt on her. The girl being bullied just took it and didn’t react and let the bully do what they wanted. I saw the whole thing. Once the bully ran off the victim stood there all alone and clearly sad and scared. How could no one be watching and how could she feel like she had no one to tell. I don’t care if there is a staff shortage. People need to put kids care first. Close the school if you can’t provide those basic needs.

Staff is friendly and caring. Very reasonable and they are willing to help. My kids have been going there over 10 years never really had a problem.i would definitely recommend this daycare. I love Carrie Ann she always try and works with you she is very friendly and respectful.

If i could have chose no stars, i would have! This place doesnt enen deserve one star!!! I just recently pulled my kids out of this horrendous daycare! Even though friends and family warned me about this place, I went against my better judgment, what a mistake! The one and only reason I enrolled them in Angel kids was for the van service that would allow the to be picked up and dropped off at home. This seemed perfect since I had no vehicle and desperately needed a job! That all turned out to be a complete JOKE since they were being picked up at 9am and dropped off at 3pm! I would have needed to ride the city bus to and from work, which everyone knows is not a quick process to get to and from anywhere! No job would allow me to work 3-4 hours so that I could be home to get my kids off the van. The owners would not work with me AT ALL! Here are more downfalls about the facility: 1. Some children were not in a proper child seat on the van, like booster seats. 2. My son came home multiple times with bite marks, bruises, and scratches on his body and when I asked if he informed his teacher, he said, "No, because she says she doesn't care and doesn't want to hear it"!!! This teachers name is Nicole. 4. My 5 year old , on 2 separate occasion, told me that students came to her with a complaint of being punched one time and then a bloody nose another time in which the teachers response to both students was "Good!". Her name is Annette. 5. When I was given a ride to go into the facility, I witnessed 3 things: a. It was filthy! b. Almost every student had snot that was running into their mouths. c. There was always a teacher screaming at the children. d. A two year old kid sat in time out the entire time I was there, which as 5-10 minutes! e. None of the teachers gave comfort to the kids who were having a bad day and were crying. 6. The owners wife is rude, a liar and is impossible to understand! 7. The kids weren't given enough drinks to stay hydrated. I could go on and on!! I am so glad I pulled my kids out of there after just less than a month! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! I will be contacting DCF in hopes this place gets shut down! The only great person at this school is Mrs. Tabitha who drives the van and works in the baby room.
