Our son has been here since he was 4 months old, and we’ve had a great experience. The infant room teachers Ms. Carolina, Ms. Alejandra, Ms. Litsi, and Ms. Cecilia are kind, attentive, and truly care about the babies. We receive cute pictures of our son throughout the day and I always look forward to the arts and crafts they do for the holidays. Ms. Lorena and the other toddler room teachers who step in are wonderful as well. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in good hands while we’re at work. We’re really grateful for this team.

My daughter has been enrolled since she was 6 months and ever since has met every milestone and learns something new everyday. I love the staff and her teachers from infant to toddlers have always been loving and caring to my child. She loves her friends and her teachers. I appreciate the updates they provide and the app is accessible.

My daughter was attacked by another toddler and instead of the staff Cheyenne Zimmerman stopping the toddler, She not once realized my daughter was getting attacked. She was alone with 9 toddlers and she had lied saying she tried to stop the toddler attacking my daughter but once i seen the cameras she never stopped them nor did she even realized what was happeneing in the classroom. WORST DAYCARE EVER! Angelica the front desk also failed to call me about the incident and when i asked her why didn’t she called she just said she forgot and was not taking this matter serious. They failed to protect my daughter due to the lack of supervision of staff! Would not recommend this place to anyone due to this daycare not prioritizing the safety of the chidleren!

The director Aireen Turner was the most rudest, nastiest, most disgraceful woman I've ever experienced in childcare. I'm very happy she's is no longer with the school. I've seen the way she talked to children and the staff there. I'm surprised they didn't let her go sooner. She also had micro aggressions towards certain races of children. The way she talked to staff and parents she should be lucky people have self control because some people wouldn't stand for that. I hope whoever they hire next as the director there is nice, understanding, and actually likes working with children. All bad things come back to those who don't work with a pure heart. Especially with other peoples kids. Some of the staff need to be trained on professionalism. Whenever a parent walks in your supposed to greet them. At least showcase a smile. People who work with children should have an enthusiastic attitude and not a "I'm just here for a paycheck" attitude. I hope if staff at the facility read this that they always stand with integrity and report any wrong doings. It doesn't matters who's the "boss" everybody has to answer to someone and everyone should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their job title/status. On another note, the teachers currently are nice and friendly. I feel like they can finally breathe and work more confidently without the director around. They really are some nice ladies at the facility regardless of one bad apple.
