Not the Chula Vista I grew up in. Family friendly businesses now gone, Lots of breweries now and the park has given way to homeless and street parking lost to one too many restaurants. Don't get me started on the ruining of the bay front...
The dog poop all over the sidewalk is disgusting. Stop walking your nasty ass dogs around here you're making it look like downtown. Other than that I love the area, paid parking sucks, it's limited, bit the restaurants here are very good. The balboa is where you will find me, or the nutrition spot!
