I have no complaints! I was nervous when starting my daughter here in the fall because I saw some reviews from past years that were really bad. But the school director has been replaced and she was able to share with me how she’s addressed some of the previous challenges. I haven’t seen anything that the previous reviews mentioned, and I’m so happy to have my daughter in such a good environment. She loves her teachers. She talks about Ms. Annie all the time at home, including asking me to pat her back at night like Ms. Annie does at nap time. They eat healthy food and snacks, have clear routines, and engaging activities inside and time outside every day. Ms. Alexandra is warm and loving but also has very clear boundaries and confidently holds kids to her standards of behavior. All the adults in the building know my daughter by name and greet her with a smile every day. This is my daughter’s first experience in a formal school setting, and she’s a really sensitive and quirky kid, but I can confidently say she is thriving in the 3 year old classroom. I’m very grateful to the school staff and teachers!

DO NOT send your babies here. It is not a safe place for children. The adults here all the way from teacher assistants to the district manager willingly choose to not protect the children and turn a blind eye to ABUSE AND NEGLECT. I pulled my daughter out of the toddler classroom because she was slammed into her cot and pinned down by her teacher- all of which was caught on camera. This same pathetic excuse for a teacher also didn’t clean the changing table in between diaper changes and didn’t change her gloves for every child. Again all caught on camera. My daughter had an ongoing rash the entire time she was enrolled here. DISGUSTING. Management was well aware of all these issues and more yet they continue to allow this dangerous individual to care for children. This teacher was never even placed on disciplinary leave because the director and district manager SUCK at their jobs. Management slacked off during the internal investigation and made empty promises because they were more concerned with keeping as many teachers on the clock as possible so they can accept more children into the center per day to ultimately make more money. It’s all about money and not the children’s wellbeing.

My baby girl was enrolled at this location since she was 4 months old all they way to 17 months old. The infant room is spontaneous and encourages many milestones and updated information right on time! The toddler room is great environment for the children to interact with other babies and they do so many different activities to stimulate their brain growth. Carmen and Samantha always helped in any way possible! So thankful for them. 🖤

This place is dangerous. My child who was in the toddlers room, was there for a few months. The last day my child was there she kept getting charged/pushed at and thrown down by one kid. This was has going on for weeks. The last day it happened 4 times within 10 mins. I called and said to get that child away from mine. I go to pick up my daughter and as I wake her from her nap she is crying like she is in pain and face is bloody. I asked what in the world happened and they said she was pushed into a bookshelf 2 hours after I called. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY CHILD WAS INJURED. They played it off as a “bloody nose”. I asked Carman why did no one call me, she said she “didn’t know and toddlers push eachother, it’s normal”. WHAT!! All she does is lie. It was still bleeding when we left and when I got home as I was cleaning her up I noticed she had two gashes under her nose, a bruised lip, along with a bloody nose. It is not normal for a one year old to harm others like this! Also, this daycare is not reliable. They will stop taking children early in the morning because they are “under staffed” but the real reason is they accept more children into the program without being about to accommodate the ones that they have already. Like I don’t even know how we got in. You have to get there an hour before they open to wait in line to even try to get in. Parents arguing with eachother because of parents skipping the line, IN FRONT OF THE CHILDREN. They will stop accepting after #6 toddlers but when you look on the cameras there will be more than 6 in the classroom. You will miss a lot of days at work. There is really no structure and in the toddler room there is not a lot of toys or broken toys for children to play with. Kids just pushing chairs around all day. No structure. A teacher said they haven’t gotten new things for the class room in a long time. I do think my daughter’s development has halted while being here. Please don’t take the negative reviews lightly. The people are not that great, Carman had lied to my face multiple times. How can you trust someone who is watching your child that lies. I informed the district manager and just pray that this place is investigated for the safety and well-being of the children still there.
