We had a frustrating experience with this daycare. The lengthy enrollment process and the lack of clear communication from the director is really discouraging, especially when it comes to our child’s needs. It’s concerning that they were not equipped to handle our son’s allergies, as that’s such an important aspect of childcare. Feeling like we are not being treated well during the enrollment stage raises serious questions about how they would manage ongoing care. We decided to withdraw our enrollment since we want the best for our son. Overall, it seems like the daycare may need to improve their processes and communication to better support families and children with specific needs.

This daycare is awesome! Teachers are caring and kind. My daughter loves coming to school. I get accurate updates on how my kids are doing and what they learned. My daughter's teacher is great at classroom control and lesson plans. The teacher is organized and always keeps me updated on what's going on with lesson plans, my kids, and events coming up. This these teachers seem to love what they do and it shows in their work!

We had many issues with this school, the teachers, staff and director/ assistant director. It was a shame we weren’t able to find a good school and were stuck with this last resort. Their leader Ms take zero accountability. My child’s teacher was physically abusive to the children, mine included which triggered her to run away and hide. who knows how long she had been gone- I searched for her and located her myself. The staff member responsible for her was her abuser and, although she was fired, it was far from the only problem we faced, but definitely the most serious. Theft, neglect, poor food options (with no fresh fruit or vegetables- only canned) a general lack of compassion and violent children with unstructured basically unsupervised play. They have cameras to view at any time with two cameras in each classroom sounds nice, but it’s very unreliable and they refuse to release footage of their teachers abusing the kids. Mine came home with so many owies, often to her head. Conveniently saying that none of the cameras record- live footage only. Their corporate office is also incompetent, when I reported the abuse and neglect they asked me what they should do about it. I said I don’t work there, but I would shut it down and investigate their admin and staff. I doubt they did anything about it. It is not a safe place for children.

My son has attended this location for a while now, and I appreciate the care my son receives here. The teachers have always been kind, and understanding when it comes to my son.

My daughter has been going here for six months and enjoys it. The teachers are friendly and I can watch her on the cameras all day.
