1/4/2026This is 8:30 am on Sunday 1/4/2026. The gym was supposed to be opened at 8 am but the staff is not here to open it. This is not the first time this happened. People that have been members of this gym usually just left after 30 minutes of waiting. If you can’t have a staff to open the gym then have a way for members to access by scanning our cards at the door like other gyms do. Do Better LA fitness! 1/9/2026- 2nd review. This time of the pool. This is Friday. No rope/ divider in the pool. I put this one myself. One of them has been left on the deck because the anchor to secure it is missing since last year. I complained to the operation manager and corporate and it has not been replaced. The reason why the anchor breaks or missing because the Aqua Fit class participants take them off and break or misplace them. Be responsible if you break it replace it. And if you don’t then the manager need to take action.
Sandra does an amazing job keeping the women’s locker room in top shape. The floors, trash cans, and sauna are always clean and well-maintained, and it truly makes a difference in the overall gym experience. Her attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Sandra, for taking such pride in your work and helping create a clean, comfortable space for everyone!

Between the service at the smoothie bar(Angel) and the services provided by (Ms Sandra). Everything's well kept and properly maintained only when they're on shift. The smoothie barista ( Angel)is a genius. (Ms.Sandra) Why isn't she a manager?. She sounds like one and even manages better then the uppers. Step it up people we're always watching.
This LA fitness location is DISGUSTING. They do not clean at all. The bathrooms never have any soap. The hand sanitizer dispensers are always empty. It’s a breeding ground for germs. The floors are nasty, locker rooms, showers, pool area- nothing is maintained. This needs to change
