It genuinely so hard to find where to start. From the poor maintenance to poor gym culture and employees being just like used cars salesmen this place is ridiculous. Men’s sauna is down often, the cleaning stations were rarely stocked which leads to bad habits from gym goers that even when the cleaning stations are stocked many don’t wipe down their sweaty machines during the time when i worked out here for like the 1-2 months when i had the membership. I thought about going back i was online looking at prices again and saw the 3 day pass and wanted to see if it improved i hadn’t used it yet then the next day i received a phone call asking if i was still interested they said i had signed up for one but never used it and that i could come in. I came i was told to take a seat and the nice lady who met with me the first time to join actually came and said i couldn’t do the 3 day pass, that i could i uncancel my membership but that if i wanted it how it was before which was in november that it’d go up an extra $5 a month i said thank you for your time and left because that was essentially just starting a new membership so why even pitch it as “uncancelling” if it’s altered and it be worse off without even knowing if the gym got better. I hope a crunch is built nearby soon it’d run this place into the ground.

The gym is a shame. There are about 20 treadmills where more than half are unusable. The locker rooms require consistent upkeep -- there needs to be someone there cleaning the locker rooms. The bathroom is old and definitely requires maintenance. They have wipe stations with wet wipes to wipe down the machines but they are scarce -- there needs to be more. Truthfully, there should be more than one worker at the front desk daily, and maybe another worker who moves around the facility to straighten up the gym (re-rack weights to their proper positions, clean and wipe down the mirrors, sweep, mop the floors and machines) I haven't used the sauna or pool so I can't speak on that but I heard that the men's sauna is closed so that's unfortunate for them. I've been working out everyday for the past year and have been at multiple gyms. For the price point of $39.99/month (multi-city multi gym) it is not worth it. I've worked out at VASA and their membership gives you so much more for only $25/month. Unfortunately, this is the only commercial gym in the area other than Planet Fitness. But what can you expect from the South? ...

Was on a guest pass for a while. Everytime I went, at least one amenity wasnt available. Sauna, pool, kids club, basketball court, you name it. Thats a lot in just a couple weeks time. I'd be more understanding if at least a communication was sent out. But we never found out what wasn't available until we reached the front desk. Not motivated to become a full member any time soon.

For how much you pay a month youd think the place have more renovated lockerrooms but it doesn't. The weight selection and amenities (pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are great) are great. Occasionally they have to clean them ofc for upkeep but other then that theyre most of the time usable.

The Men’s sauna is always down. It’ll be working for 1-2 weeks & before you know it’s down 2+ weeks and no one ever knows when it’ll be fixed. It’s a bummer to get a really good workout in to find out the Sauna is down and it’s been over 2 weeks still. The sinks are never filled with soap in the Men’s bathroom but one sink. The upkeep is the reason of the rating.
