La Fitness Kids Klub @ Camp Creek

KIDS CLUB ON 1.30.26 I discovered My 3 year old daughter in the kids club bathroom when I went to pick her up at 7:50 pm naked yelling and crying with her clothes and shoes off. Her clothes was in the sink wet with running water. She said the teacher put her in there and someone tried to touch her no no square and she had pushed the baby down so I called the cops. I asked the teacher what happened and why she was in the bathroom 15 to 20 minutes supposedly alone and why wasn't I notified etc. She said because she was watching the other kids and my daughter peed on herself. There was a 6ft plus guy right by the bathroom where my daughter was who was leaving quickly out the gyms front door with no kids as I was coming in to get my daughter that this teacher also lied about not being back there. She acted as if she alerted him that I was there to pick up my child and she was extremely shaken up and nervous about something and he disappeared out the gym front door as I was going to the bathroom where my daughter was at. There was 1 other child in the kids club besides my daughter and I met his mother. The teacher thought it was funny and laughed continously? According to their manager they have no cameras in the kids club.

I had a very positive experience.I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Space was very clean. The bathrooms were cleaned and great customer service from the manager. The maintenance person was very professional cleaning up had the whole entire gym smelling very good.

The staff is not pleasant. 45 mins in to my workout I was kicked out of the area I assume was designated for personal training clients however I did not see only personal training clients in the area. I was also told that I can use one of the rooms And I can just ask the front desk for a mat. When I went to the front desk to ask for a mat I was told I had to leave some type of collateral and after I explained that I had nothing on my person that I wasn’t actively using to work out they refuse to give me a mat. If you are able to, I would suggest going to the LA fitness on old national Highway which is about 15 minutes or so away from this location That location has staff that’s a little bit more friendly and I’ve never been kicked out of any area in that gym.

Called the gym at about 12 noon and asked if the jacuzzi was working today and I received the answer “Yes it’s back working.” As I get to the gym the lie detector test determined that was a lie. We also have the air filtration system covered in mold, mildew, and rust. Damaged drywall just hanging down. If there was every hazard at a business I’d definitely say it’s here. Do better LA Fitness.

Just like the most recent comment, there’s just not enough gym options in the area, and this is the only one local enough to go to. It’s constantly FILTHY, members do not put the dumbbells away, Steve is lazy and does not put the weights away either, the showers rarely have soap, much less actual soap dispensers, even the sinks are hit and miss to have soap from day today. Not to mention, apparently the trainers are allowed to blare obnoxiously loud music while they’re training people in their designated area.
